This is not our first stay in the Marina, so we knew for sure that the location was good. The staff is as friendly as possible, there are no problems here.
But there were a few downsides. We booked a room with a king size bed, since we had a small child with us, but in the end they gave us some strange upgrade - a huge room with a small bed. Although I separately asked to give us a room with a large bed.
Secondly, the room had a very dirty floor. the white socks immediately turned black. Suddenly it's important.

The staff are very rude and disorganized. They were not friendly. There was only one official among them named Ömer. Arrangements were made with the help of that person. There are better hotels with better quality and better prices in more central locations.

The hotel is conveniently located, on one side of the shopping center in a 7-minute walk, there are many grocery stores nearby, a walking area. Lots of playgrounds nearby within walking distance. The best is opposite the shopping center across the bridge.
There are warm pools. We got a room with 2 bedrooms and 3 balconies. There is a microwave and a washing machine, there is no dishwasher, but the staff washes if you leave it in the sink.

Very spacious rooms, just at the marina walk with plenty of restaurants and cafe, andc3 minutes walk from Marina Mall very spacious rooms, really huge however with limited view. Rooms were clean. Reception staff bit rigid and do not smile. Free parking on premises

I stayed here 2 times for a month each time as a business base while I am settling in Dubai. The location is excellent and very nice views of the Marina and the promendae from a lot of the rooms including mine. Fitness club is coplete and almost always empty. The location is on the promenade - easy to go out for a walk even if it is too hot. Breakfast buffet is too expensive to eat here daily. Lots of nearby restaurants on the promenade. No alcohol anywhere but there is a liquor store in Dubai Marina Mall - 8 minute walk away. Helpful and friendly staff. And the price is most excellent for a one bedroom hotel apartment. Carrefours mini grocery store across the street. 24 hour market on the corner but the prices are incredibly high - don't go.

The breakfast was delicious, with the mouth-watering waffle. As well as the tasty waffle, it had a prime location, right beside the marina. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and great value for the price. If you ever go, make sure to try the waffle.

For the previous couple of days I was looking for a hotel as I've some relatives planning to come to Dubai for a vacation, one of my friends recommended to my your hotel and it was the first time to visit it or check it. Today I went to the hotel, the staff were all friendly and looks Awesome and smiling all the time. I met with a Receptionist her Name was " Klara ", she was super star in the way she welcomed me and answering me about all my queries about the hotel and hotel facilities. You should be proud of having such a super role Model of how gentle she is when it comes to Serving guests even they are not staying in the hotel " Thank you klara Again "
