An almost perfect hotel for not a lot of money. Comfortable bed, clean room and there is a swimming pool, the only downside is loud music from the 1st floor. I liked this hotel, not expensive and with a good location. Ask for a higher room, otherwise you won't be able to hear the music. Metro is about 10 minutes walk (green line).

I am staying in this hotel for last 9 years or so but change of management has brought it to average or below average now. For example, my friend was charged AED 100 for bringing a visitor to his room and reception is saying they will keep on doing this every day as this is their policy now.

Very comfortable room with all necessary amenities.. The hotel is situated in a very good area where night shopping can be done easily. We really appreciated Mr Ivo who took good care of us during breakfast everyday. He is a very reliable person and does his job perfectly well. Thanks to him we enjoyed our meal thoroughly. Hats off to such a kind human being. Our room was properly cleaned everyday..we have no complaints at all.

Not suitable for Families, Rooms are small. No guidance from the Front Desk. No Hotel Cab available. Although Location is good and Cooling system is superb. Parking is ok. Market is nearby

I rate this hotel to a rate of 2. This hotel doesn't deserve to be a 4 star hotel. It highly need a renovation. We stayed there for 5days and we were shocked to see the cleanliness which was very bad.we were given a room which were as if *******. All the drawers in the room stays Opens. No customers care. No greeting no courtesy. They don't have a variety of meal. They proposed mostly Indian food. We were felt unwelcomed and at the very first day we wanted to go back to our country. If you want somewhere to relax don't choose this hotel. We could hear the music from the pub till 3 a. M If you want to look outside you will find the window full of bird S

The day we arrived we complaint about small rooms no one heard, than the next day there were cockroaches inside our rooms, we also complaint about the breakfast to the manager no one listened to us. The breakfast is not refilled on time and also its cold nothing is served hot variety served is less and also the quality of the food is bad.

I booked this hotel on agoda and had confirmed booking, however the hotel reused to give check-in. Agoda called reconfirmed, but the hotel staff were rude and offered me the same room at double the price. They show less price on the booking sites but when the guests come to the hotel, they demand more. They are big cheaters and a big scam is going on. Please avoid going to this hotel and don’t get harassed and become part of their cheating.

Room was clean but a little dated and staff was very helpful, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the pool area, as it’s all covered over so very little sunlight but other than that, i didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Greetings, We stayed at Orchid Vue Hotels from 4th December to 9th December, had few incidents which I would like to highlight here. Specially F & B Team and Front Office/Reception team need better coordination, as they are the face of the hotel, it is their forte or in built attributes to offer best service so that guest would feel hospitable or warmly, also to ensure that they create a feel it's a home away from home for the traveller. We were there for an official trip so checked in late, ordered for Room Service on an arrival day, however, room bill was already paid in advance for 5 nights, as soon as the food arrived, guy kept forcing us to pay the bill, but self informed him politely I am here for 5 days, how can i keep paying and using AED currency for food bills, in one go during check out I shall clear, but no he kept arguing, no my management don't allow, later I spoke to his boss and front office team, after so much of talking I wasted almost 10-15 minutes.. Decided I will never going to eat here after so much of tantrums. I wanted to meet the higher management but suprising nobody was available, neither no one approached me next day after all this, to meet or apologize, that why I am leaving a feedback to not force guests to pay right now.. There must be past instances, where in hotel must have faced such issues, all guests are not same, still it seems hotel team is lacking in coordination internally Or they have to find a better way to deal such issues, instead of being rigid or stiff necked. I have been a regular visitor/frequent traveller/guests to many hotels, Or chains, be it India or any other country, very suprised o see this kind of behavior or attitude from front of the house team.. Sorry, only location of your hotel is very good, food was Ok not much value for money.. Interacted with Anmol, Palash, Narayan Housekeeping team - very humble and generous in leaving a mark. Will think twice before booking the stay again at your hotel. Thanks
