I booked in a hurry and didn't realize there was a difference between high and low floors. I booked a low floor and was given the 8th floor. I thought it was okay if there was no good view for one night, but the music downstairs kept me awake until 2 or 3 in the morning. I called the front desk, but they only said to check and lied to us that there was no club near the hotel... I didn't expect it, right? We had Google Maps and there was an Eve club on the 3rd floor of the hotel. In the end, I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Also, the facilities of this hotel are very anti-human. Due to flight delay, I immediately sent an email to inform the hotel that I would arrive in the early morning. However, when I arrived, the hotel could not find my order record and asked me to pay to check in. I was too tired so I had to pay first and notify Trip.com after checking in. Customer service followed up and immediately communicated and coordinated with the hotel. However, the twin room I booked for 6 days and 5 nights could not be provided until the third night, which caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my colleagues! It's a bit awkward for everyone to sleep in the same bed! Two other colleagues also had the same experience. Unfortunately, they couldn't get a twin room for 5 nights! A reminder to all users, be careful about this hotel if you want to book a twin room! The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. You can walk to the World Trade Center in 10 minutes and the Metro station is nearby. The food provided for breakfast is very rich.
