Great Cozy and Convenient. Near Mall Of Emirates and Near The Train. Clean and Has Washing Machines and Dryers Free Of Charge For Hotel Guests to Use

Great locatipn and price point. Facilities well maintained but roon smelt damp. Breakfadt menu needs an upgrade.

Had a great stay , Pool view room , Great Location very near from mall of the emirates. Just felt that ac was not up to mark with not chilly cooling otherwise everything was fantastic Recommended

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and overall were very pleased with everything. The rooms were clean , modern and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent property right next to Mall of Emirates. Value for money.

Fair warning, this isn't inside or even connected to the Mall of the Emirates in anyway. Misleading name to say the least. Once you get off the Metro station or arrive by cab at the Mall, you'll have to figure out the correct exit that leads through a taxi hailing area and past some parked chartered buses. There is a road that leads out onto the side walk where you'll find a pedestrian walk to cross over to the other side. You will see a called Double Tree, which is also hy Hilton, so don't see that try to get there by walk, wrong hotel! This Hilton Garden Inn isn't tall like the Double Tree to be so obvious from the outside of the Mall. A bit frustrating to find the place but it's right there behind a building called the Millennium. You'll see an open car park and then Hilton Garden Inn proper. The hotel and rooms are great, spacious and clean. Buffer breakfast is pretty good too! I'll pick this or the Sheraton near the Mall of the Emirates, whichever is on for a deal because the Mall of the Emirates is close to the Dubai Marina for them good boat tours, miracle garden and the Ferris Wheel by Ain Dubai (unfortunately not operational right now) I'll certainly consider them again in future if I'll be visiting Dubai.

Very near to mall. Price are set at decent range. The staff are helpful. My colleague lost his phone on a cab. We had a urgent meeting to attend to so we are unable to stay at hotel to get the phone back. The taxi wanted us to pay the fees for coming to us. With the help of the hotel staff, they helped us to pay the driver and get the phone back. Very trust worthy people working in hilton. Cleaner are very polite, they never fail to greet you with a smile every morning!
