Andaz Dubai the Palm Reviews

We chose the hotel due to its location and room interior. Room are not very specious and that is why I opted for upgrade to suite. Ahmed at the reception did an excellent job by providing us one of the best rooms and it was amazing experience. Room interior was very different and modern. Service is excellent and staff is very friendly. Hotel needs to improve the quality of the breakfast since the choices are limited. Overall it is good value for money.

Close to aura rooftop and Nakheel mall, 5mn by taxi to five Palm Jumeirah and Kyma!!

Perfect! Every corner has the trendy design. Breakfast was so good!

The hotel service is very good, the breakfast has many varieties and tastes good! Room service tastes very good! It's just that the swimming pool has to be shared with the housing estate, and it has to be walked for a while, which is a bit inconvenient!

The cost-effectiveness of staying in the summer is very high. Mr. Ramadan, the front desk guy, upgraded me to a suite. What I like most is the outdoor swimming pool, which is right by the sea and you can see the Burj Al Arab. The scenery is superb!

I don't know why the rating is so low. We were given a suite directly when we checked in. The service was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the restaurants were delicious. The Asian restaurant upstairs was really amazing. There were mostly Europeans and Americans, and no Chinese tourists were seen. The actual room is much more beautiful than the photos.

Jinky at the front desk was very warm and considerate. He knew it was my birthday and specially prepared a cake. It felt so warm in a foreign country.
