Windows were extremely dirty (although the hotel announced that they are starting cleaning it, they never managed to clean the ones in my room during my stay). The bathroom door is poorly positioned, making it difficult to move or stand comfortably when it’s open. The location is good, Business Bay metro station is nearby, but Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa are not really in a walkable distance.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic – the staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was super convenient, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Good view of the Burj Khalifa from the hotel room. I couldn’t ask for more! Room is nice. Only downside is the water leaks from the shower room and it was kind of messy and wet on the whole bathroom floor

The room stinks. The room type I booked is not available. They refused to check out early. There was no communication or negotiation. The bathroom light in the room was broken. The hair dryer was broken. The carpet was dirty. There was also gray hair on the pillows of the bed that was not cleaned by the vacuum cleaner. Very bad hotel and experience. Although it is in the city, the location is not good. It feels unsafe nearby.

This hotel is under construction near Regensburg. I stayed there in October 2024. There are at least five construction projects around. The building was being built at night (it was hot during the day). The breakfast was good. The service was strict and visitors were not allowed to enter, which is also a reflection of safety. I was upgraded to a large room, but there was a door in the room leading to the next room. So the sound insulation was not good. It should be a hotel converted from a suite in a work office building.
