there was a problem in check-in and check-out, mistakes in reservation and problem with payment. Fortunately, thanks to the help of trip.com employees, everything worked out. I lost an hour.
Hotel is a great place, really tasty breakfast, nice and clean rooms, nice swimming pool, great experience!

Nice hotel but not so flexible to accommodate a change in the date due bad weather condition. You must be more flexible and understand that storms in UAE are extremely dangerous specially if a person must travel by car.

Amazing 🥰🥰. Fun efficient and cozy. The staff was friendly, buffet was good and reasonably priced. Pool clean and safe.

I camera to the hotel and it was totally full, i didnt have place to stay and had very hard time, they said, You booked with trip. Com and you didnt book with us so get your money from trip. Com... This very strange experince that ever had in my life, staff seem very dogy!!!!
