The location is very good. There are a lot of food and drinks nearby. Behind it is the high-end villa area. You can see the Burj Al Arab Hotel from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room. A taxi to the Burj Al Arab Hotel only costs 12-13 AED.

It's a hotel with the best value for money.
Every day we took a walk from the hotel to the beach and surrounding houses. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to Burj Al Arab (7 star hotel) and Souk Madinat Jumeirah (shopping mall).
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and there are a lot of cute cafes and restaurants around, and there's a supermarket a 4-minute walk away, and the deli was delicious.
The room was cute and resembled a Japanese business hotel, and disposable slippers were provided for convenience.
