Extremely friendly staff, love to take the buggy; the buggy driver was super nice! Breakfast taste good too! A very cozy place that worth the price. We got deco for bday too! Love it!

Great hotel attached to three theme parks. It's very far from the airport and the city center but that's not a negative point for the hotel in this case. The hotel has big sprawling grounds with guest rooms spread out all over, giving it a nice resort field. Rooms are sufficiently large with comfortable beds. Only issue was the shower door that leaks water everywhere during shower making the entire bathroom wet. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and was delicious. Staff at both reception and breakfast service are friendly. Hotel also offers a frequent buggy service to both the reception building as well as the theme park entrances. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Hotel is fine. Check in was not very smooth. Room service sometimes were too late. The restaurant is too busy sometimes. Recommended for a short visits in case you want to visit Dubai parks.

This paradise resort is really the king of cost-effectiveness! The off-season price on Ctrip is simply shocking! Two adults and two children (9Y, 15Y), twin room, 3 nights total room rate RMB2100+, including breakfast (two children did not add extra charge), and also gave a paradise ticket (4 people tickets on Ctrip totaled 1500+), the hotel facilities are complete, the breakfast is very rich, when checking in, the front desk gave us a full meal discount price, it seems to be 1200 dirhams for three nights, including 4 people three days of breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the price is discounted, but it is really unnecessary to add it! The hotel atmosphere is good, the staff is polite and enthusiastic to see the guests, and they are very friendly to ask questions! There is valet parking service, and the overall stay experience is great! The downside is that the shower room is too narrow, the water barrier is too low, and the water will overflow!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts! The hotel is very well equipped and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially for families. The hotel is decorated in a Hawaiian style, and every corner exudes charm. When we checked in, the hotel staff greeted us with a warm "haloa" in Hawaiian and presented us with beautiful leis, which made us feel very warm and welcome. The hotel also offers a special benefit: a free park ticket with each stay, which can be used to choose one of four different parks. This added a lot of fun and choice to our vacation, which made the children especially excited. Special mention should be made of the hotel's shuttle service, which was very convenient. We used the hotel's shuttle service several times during our stay, and each time it was very punctual, and the driver was very friendly and professional. In particular, the shuttle driver Prem, his service really exceeded our expectations. Not only was he very polite and professional during each pick-up and drop-off process, but he also took us to the entrance of the Lego Hotel when we finally left the hotel, which made us feel very warm and thoughtful. Thank you Prem for his excellent service, his help made our trip more enjoyable and smooth. We will definitely be recommending Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts to friends and family and look forward to visiting again someday!
