Very comfortable hotel. Just like in the picture. Service and cleanliness are excellent. The receptionists are very friendly. Hot water and AC worked well.

Cleaned Hotel but small room, shower temperature can not be controlled, good location

our stay this time was better than the last time. from check in to check out all was smooth. only one is the shower as it doesn’t release that much water pressure

we arrived late night and the receptionist in the night shift was not accommodating at all! we requested to have late checkout but rudely declined. we’ve been to the 3 kingsgate in al jaddaf and this is the worst. when reaching the room, TV screen sharing was not working, water from the shower when you on is everywhere, wifi was very slow.

Location no good

Location is not exactly near and walkable with luggage in my opinion. If the weather is hot I won’t recommend to walk to the metro. There is nothing much around the area no food only a 24gr mini mart which is quite costly. Room is simple I think good enough for a good rest. Wi-Fi works well. I stayed for 3 days but they only provide 2 300ml bottled water for the 3 days. Which I think it’s quite weird.

I got up in This hotel because they was doing repairs at 9am, that’s super annoying because when u book hotel u want to leave in calm place. Area is very nice, it’s waterfront. Room is pretty small but it’s good value for the money. Guy on the reception was asking 100dirham deposit because he told me that someone broke a cup not long time ago and now they ask for deposit, funny

The service provided was truly exceptional, with immaculate rooms and a remarkably friendly staff.

The reception service is terrible, they took a very long time to complete the check-in procedures , They would ask for 150 AED as security deposit by cash, if you pay by card at the time of check out they will tell that some network error is there so we will return the money in cash but we should deduct 10 AED as handover charges(Complete Scam), rooms are too Small for 2 Guest, hardly you can move around the room , it has basic requirements only, the hotel do not provide slippers, tooth brush, shaving kit or even lotions , they only re fell shower gel bottles, parking is small and can accommodate 18 cars in total but security guard is very helpful to arrange space on the side. breakfast is very very poor and mainly Asian and not international. i truly appreciate the two gentlemen's working each day during breakfast time , they were so accommodating and smiling all the time and ready to do extra , this also include the guy at the Egg station, these guys are awesome. in order to use swimming pool or gym you should walk to the other facility(Grand). no night or day manager seen around over the past one week during my stay. this is not a leisure hotel its more of business hotel only if you want a place to sleep nothing more. Again very poor reception service and below the average standards in UAE.

During my recent visit to in Kingsgate Hotel Canal, I encountered an individual who displayed rude and unprofessional behaviour towards me, His name is Islam, he works in the back office, he doesn’t want to help at all and responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. The second member is Front office manager, Sebastian, he was also very rude and doesn’t want to help me at all, I complained about the drilling noises every day in the morning and the closed swimming pool, but he didn’t offer anything to fix these complains.

No pool in the place you have to go in their other building nearby to access the pool. Reception doesn't feel very welcoming and looks tired.

The room was small. The reception guy was helpful. The one thing I didn't like was we had to pay for the water bottles and the pool was outside the hotel building.

Good experience but the Managment was not professional.
