The staff are all polite,the hotel provide free shuttle and its 5-10mins away to city center. We had a 50%disc breakfast buffet but you need to inform the hotel reception before going to the restaurant to get the discount.,the room is clean and smells good but there is one room they let thier children out of thier room in the middle of the night and cry for almost an hour..all in all awesome hotel highly recommended👍👍😉

Jack in the pool bar is an amazing bartender I went back there a lot of times as I enjoyed the interaction and the service he did.

This hotel is just beyond words. The location the staffs and everything about it was just brilliant. Big swimming pool with extended timings till 10pm.

My room was new renovated, all was well, check-in fast. Little complain, the drain in the shower was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom. Apart from that, it was not my first and not my last stay.

I booked 3 beds room with 3 meals, I would like to thanks all staff for there great experince.

Ac was having issues , cooling was not enough. We informed and technician came to fix. Clean filter in front of us. Still was not ready. Services and breakfast was great.

Good hotel Ruined by Careless and clueless staff Fist the good, Hotel is nice, clean and close to the airport, plenty of restaurants to chose from. now the things that ruined the stay. First, hotel / staff do not care about replying to emails and correspondences. While booking the hotel it had a statement saying that transport from and to the airport are provided. so I Requested a transport in my booking, I never received any email stating one way or another, so I assumed it is all done deal. later my flight changed so I send an email with the revised details, again no reply whatso ever. when I arrived to Dubai and found no transported, I called just to be told it is an extra fee for the transport (which I would have agreed to should they told me that at the booking or at least when I emailed them later, but what was the point when I am already at the airport? the second and possibly the more annoying thing is that I was charged the City tax twice. once on my card, which they claimed didn't go through so I payed cash. and when I showed them the transaction on my card they tried all sorts of excuses to weasel out of paying me back. although it is 20AED it is still money they took from me without reason and refused to refund. so not sure this is the service expected. Moral of the story, Do not use your cards.
