Pathetic experience of yours about hidden charges. They have taken almost aed 90 for cleaning charges. It is almost the money i have spent for entire nights. This is such a bad experience i got first time from your end. Even we got check-in around 10 pm and check out in the morning 10 am. There was no. Such a bad i wont book the hotel from here again. Thats for sure as you people are making your customer fool by making hidden charges thats is also 2000 rs u have spent aed 90- this was horrible.

Worst experience and i felt cheated as the price of the hotel was very high and facilities and look was very third class plus makemytrip fooled me my showing cleaning fee after booking

Good and pleasant stay. Corridors could have been bit better. Noise from clubs should have been controlled but more. Haven’t tried the facilities there. Overall good stay.
