Great location, big apartment, not so new kitchen and furniture, shower head was broken, very old equipment at the GYM… great view from apartment and GYM

It’s a very nice experience to stay with Nuran Marina Serviced Residences, and the hotel service is great, especially with the help of Mohomed Shabrin, who is kind in nature and very hard working! I am also very much moved by his career plan and his love for life!

Great location only 3 min walk to the marina mall, great room and very helpful staff. Lovely coffee shop next to the lobby. Will definitely stay there again, would be a great place to live

Great location, just next to Marina Mall and Pier 7, walking distance to the JBR walk. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The room was spacious and clean. The partial marina view from the balcony was nice. There was a washing machine but they didn’t provide laundry detergent which was not convenient.

The hotel is really a big surprise. The location is great, the scenery is great, and the price/performance ratio is very high! There is also a swimming pool and gym. The breakfast is simple but delicious. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, in general everything is fine, clean, there are all the necessary dishes, but on the first day, when washing in the machine, they leaked and we had to wait a very long time for the technician to fix them

The environment is pretty good in Dubai, 99% of the foreigners live there

Excellent accommodation for this price category. Apartments with all necessary amenities. There is a swimming pool and a fitness room. Convenient location. Near the metro, shops, pharmacies, the beach is within walking distance. Good breakfasts.

Good apart hotel. With a good location. Slightly outdated technology. Not far from the beach, on foot, across the bridge, 25 minutes. Nice pool. There is a children's sauna. Jacuzzi. Great staff. There is access to the Dubai Marina Promenade. Close to Carrefour store. Close to Marina Dubai Mall. I liked everything ❤️
