Good hotel in a good location. A lot of stores near, good new mall near metro station, very near to metro station and easy to reach anywhere.

It was good stay experience. Its nice and clean hotel apartment. Room Size is good, house keeping nice and good rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna

I quite like this hotel apartment. I have booked it many times in the past. This is the last room in the hotel. The room is a little smaller, but it feels quite cozy.
The windows can be opened and there is a small kitchen where you can wash fruits or go to the supermarket to buy something and come back to cook some delicious food. There are small shops and restaurants nearby. It is in the community and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

We had a great time at savoy park.We travelled as family and the room was clean and spacious .Hotel manager was very polite and attended all queries. Breakfast buffet spread was very good and tasty. Walkable distance from birjuman/sharaf dg metro station.supermarket also nearby.Overall very pleasant stay. Swimming pool was clean but small. Five star rating and affordable budget. will visit again..

Great stay and cordial staff. Cleanliness was upto the mark and the service was amazing. Room was clean and their service was on point. The location is great with everything nearby. All major attractions are within 30 mins. Do stay here if you want a budget stay.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable at Savoi. I thank for the courtesy of your staff shown to us during our stay at Savoi. Our room was cleaned daily and with change of towels. Any help we requested, was provided.

Our stay at Savoy Hotel & Apartment was great. The room was fine and clean. Really comfy beds. We had a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. If you can't stand traffic noise, I would advise choosing another room. It didn't bother us. The staff is very good, so friendly and customer-oriented. The breakfast was so extensive and delicious. You can also have a lovely dinner at the hotel in the evening. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. In short, a lovely hotel in a good location, close to the metro. The pool on the roof was lovely. You can also take the bus from the hotel to the beach, La Mer Beach. You get a bag, towel and mat. What a service! I definitely recommend this hotel.

I strongly recommend this hotel for anybody who is planning for a stay in Dubai. Too highlights: 1. Break fast 2. Service 3. Spacious room with all essentials (oven, electric induction, bread toaster, iron box, etc.) 4.Rooftop swimming pool and sauna bath 5. Free shuttle services

The hotel was better than I expected. The staff was extremely nice and servicing. I have asked for some additional frying pans and saucers and they brought them without delay. Complimentary bottle of water every day. Nice location close to two metros. Very good shuttle bus to the beach.

Enjoyed the stay, everything was perfect. The staff, service & location. The breakfast menu with so much varieties was great. Staff was friendly & the rooms were well organised with proper utilisation of space. Overall it was great experience

The hotel room was comfortable for family. The break fast was good and value for the money. Some staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was small but maintained well. The staff at the swimming pool was not helping the people to wear the life jacket, the life jackets were very less TWO for kids and ONE for adult. You should keep more as many people came for swimming. Some of the staff at reception looking angry when we speak them. We are paying for the stay so they should be smiling and responding properly. The metro station was nearby and walking distance. Lot of shops nearby to go around. It was a nice place to stay.

Main reason I selected this hotel is because of swimming pool in affordable price for a family of 4. My children loves swimming, however the swimming pool is not a children friendly pool. In other words there is no pool for children. My 5 years old son used the jacuzzi instead at 8am in the morning but the life guard stop us to use it because he said is not for the children and if other customer comes see the child in the jacuzzi they might think is for a kid pool which I was offended, because nobody there except me and my children and we will not use it for a day besides we are customer as well, and JACUZZI was not even working that time. The regular pool is 1.5M, deep for my 5 years old son. Breakfast wasn't to my expectation, but still is fine. Room is spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Staff in the front desk are polite and willing to help anytime. But please put up a pool for children.

The local authorities have put strict guidelines which all Hotels have to follow to avoid grave violations. Children can use the Pool if they are accompanied with the Parent / Adult along with the child. Safety child jackets are available for all children using the Pool. We regret the staff could not allow the child to use the outdoor Jacuzzi. A sign board for use of Jacuzzi is clearly displayed and it states that children cannot be using the Jacuzzi whirlpool. The staff on duty did inform you that there is a separate Children’s Pool available in the neighbouring Savoy Crest Hotel. We regret that even though you were the only person in the pool without any one around, the Pool Attendant could not deviate from the existing pool safety procedures. We do have a fair share of International breakfast buffet with egg preparations / hot continental main courses / waffles / baked beans along with Arabic and Asian / Indian cuisine to cater to all guests worldwide. Our chef would be very glad to prepare any item you may choose if informed in advance. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to host you in any of the 4 Savoy Hotels in Dubai. With sincerity in service, Faroukh Sunny. Group General Manager.
