I booked room at Hafez Hotel and apartment for n what they said on trip.com, but was totally dirty and bad smelling, you can see in photos, my kids got bad allergy from that, so I cancelled before Time started, you didn’t refund me.

Location is in the proper place all good restaurant's and family shops are very near also it is only walking distance from Al Riga Matro train station.

Very bad service don't book any rooms with this hotel. Terrible experience

this is very good experience & best hotel in Deira Dubai. Food was Excellent , Staff is friendly , Lobby is gud. I already recommended to other people to visit this hotel in future. i really enjoy this hotel food & swimming pool of the hotel.

The staff is friendly but some renovations must be done to meet the best practices.

I arrived on a 3am flight and this was convenient to check into until the morning. Place is dirty and noisy, but you get what you pay for. Still had a decent sleep and a shower

Not clear whashroome

The place is little old but room were nice and comfortable. Parking is very narrow but security help you and assist in their best capacity .they had proper shower amenities which was surprise for price of room rate.

Trip Staff you guys perfect, excellent. Very fast Service. Got the room by you guys within 5 minutes. But room toilet was not clean, not good. I want share pictures but I didn't shoot. Roomns 502.

This is completely dirty hotel, bed, room, towel, washroom, floor, swimming pool all are not clean and bad smell. In addition so noisy the whole night, gathering, because 1st and 7th floor has club and bar. All the Indian are gathering there. Receptions behavior is very rude. If the guest looks like asian , receptions starting to talk local language. It doesn’t matter guests understand or not. They normally thought guests are Indian. no guests will not be check in again in this hotel. It’s a super regret for guests to stay one night. Not recommended for international guests.

Hotel stay was awful. Worst maintenance and cleaning services. Avoid at all costs!
