I usually don't write reviews, BUT this time, I feel compelled to share my family and my feedback about our stay at the President Hotel in Karama, Dubai. I traveled with eight people (4 kids, parents, wife, and I). Stayed for 6 days and had three rooms (standard, executive suits) Location: This hotel is located very near to the Dubai metro stop (ADCB metro), literally few min walk, which made our travel to see different Dubai place much more manageable and convenient plus, we save lots of money by not using a taxi, which is very costly in Dubai. Hotel: The hotel is newly renovated, which is great for the price we paid. Rooms are beautifully renovated and are as good as any five-star hotel I stayed at in USA, UK, and Canada. Including we find the food delicious and timely served. Service: This is where I felt compelled to share my feedback so it's appropriately acknowledged and shared at the correct forum so it may assist people in deciding on the hotel in Dubai. From the front desk (especially Preya) to the housing keeping staff, I felt we were in FIVE-star hotel; their interaction and response to any questions and assistance we needed were outstanding. Further, the manager, Shahzaib, was easily accessible and helpful with everything we required during our stay in the hotel). He is genuinely customer-centric and goes out of his way to ensure we are satisfied with the services and that our stay in his hotel remains comfortable. Finally, we will definitely stay at this hotel for all the above reasons whenever we visit Dubai. Well done, President Hotel team!!
