The water park was amazing for kids fun and leisure

The calmness in the hotel was the most important thing for me, not the first time I book at this hotel and always my first choice.

Check in was a nightmare!! It took well over an hour to get our room key.
Otherwise the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. The other food was ok.

Worst Novotel I have ever stayed . Dirty and very used rooms with the cheapest finishing and furniture, however the building is not that old. Everything was looking extremely cheap, especially in bathroom. I will never ever trust this hotel chain anymore. I paid about 100$ for night here, and even paid extra at reception to get a little better room because first one they suggested was messy and small. The breakfast was just Ok, but not more, quite poor. The only good thing about this hotel is big parking, thatโs all.
