I did not enjoyed in this time at all, staff were not friendly like before, you should know top managmemt to get pool view room and the answer is always this is according to availability ,they forced to stay in tower B as tower A is full when I rejected they found a smoking room while my booking was non smoking, pool was suddenly close for maintance without any notifications, very bad experience

Good location near ibn battuta mall, easy check in and easy check out ,poor room view

Stay was amazing as before. I like their service, whole team is very attentive, helpful and always smiling. Location is very well connected with ibn battuta mall ,metro station and ofcourse bus stand for Abudhabi. So many food options and entertainment options available for family crowd as well. Premier inn Dubai inn batutta is a good hotel for people traveling to Dubai from Abu Dhabi. Easy access, good location. Nice personell.

There is no concierge available, not even someone to assist us when we have alot of luggage and I have my 4 years old son with me. The carpets are so old and smells bad. Front desk staffs were not accomodating. Never again!

This hotel is good value for money，downstairs is Ibn battuta metro station and taxi station and go Abu Dhabi E101 bus station，hotel next to Ibn battuta mall，convenient transportation，convenient for eating and shopping～

Great stay! Clean and comfy! And very good location, just next to the mall, and the metro station is also nearby. There's swimming pool and pub in the hotel.

hotel showing its age. swimming pool, bar is ok. only good thing was ibn battuta mall during the hot summer days saves a walk out. isolated location. but metro is 2mins walk. hotel is below average

Prime location as next to the mall and train station. But limited choices on the amenities and services.

Hard to talk to. Hard to please. We couldnt make it to our flight. We booked 4nights as we are travelling to visit some old friends in Dubai. Hotel keeps telling me to contact the agency where I booked. And trip.com keep telling me to get approval from the hotel for my request. I ended up just asking a friend to use the booking instead of wasting my money because the booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. It was Eid and a TIME of GIVING but No excuses as policy is always policy. I paid in full one month in advance. But believe me this time, I will never book this hotel again. No consideration at all! I am very dissapointed!

Hotel was clean, good value for money and has a good location. Staff are amazing most especially to Hafiz, Riyas and Grace for being so accomodating and exceptional customer service.
