Very bad service. Hotel is not maintained well. After 2 years issue with lights, ac and electrical. Not 5 star at all.

I really appreciate the hotel's ambiance, especially with the Egyptian art featured in the lobby. They also served refreshments while we waited in line. The staff were very friendly, particularly Mr. Alexis, who accommodated us and upgraded us to a king suite. My family enjoyed the spacious room and the great view. Just a small suggestion: it would be beneficial if the management had a solid emergency response system in place. Overall, I loved the room and the service.
