This is a full furnished apartment and very spacious . It’ll be a great options for groups, families, and great location if you are in Dubai to buy goods. However, there is a room for improvement when it comes to reception services and amenities

Avoid this hotel at all cost.
Infested with croaches. Saw it crawling on myself bathroom towels, cupboard, all over the floors.
Ask room service to clean and fumigate. The said they will do it but I doubt it.

I have been in Dubai for 5 times. This is the best hotel so far! Breakfast was really delicious. Courteous staff, very clean hotel. I will definitely use this hotel again and again!!!
The only complain was that my flight got canceled so I checked in a day after the date on my reservation, they didn't adjust my reservation accordingly so I.paid for the night I didn't use.
Overall, great hotel, service and people.

On the first day, I checked in and booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk insisted that there was no breakfast.
