Bed Bugs in first room. They moved us and no further issues with bugs. Noise from nightclub was unbearable at times. It was very difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. There was a leak in the bathroom which meant that the floor was always wet and housekeeping were very reluctant to give us extra towels. In the end they did but every time they cleaned we had to request more again. Water was hot. WiFi worked well. Good for budget hotel but donβt expect a very nice experience - they are all rather rude and in need of hospitality training. You get what you pay for!

First of all, the location was really good. Near metro station, cheap malls and restaurants. Staff is kind and helpful.
The internet was little bit slow. Bad thing was shower, that's really small, i could barely even turn, and there's no hot or cold water, it's just warm water.

Facility and amenities were good. Chose the rooms are 3rd floor or above and the noise level is very high in 2nd floor or less due to numerous pubs below.

It's not hotel u can call it club loudly music bed smell agerbathi cockroach πͺ³ in the room no parking even they have but they will charge 30 Dirham I suggest don't go there bad experience
