Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai Reviews

The hotel location is nice. I just stayed for the night. However, there are two buildings. You have to go in the other side to get your key card then walk all the way to the other building to get to your room, which in my opinion is inconvenient. There is a reception desk on the other building but there were no receptionist.

Reception, A very pleasant lobby Receptionist: They’re warmth approachable Room: Pillow Smell; The pillow has odor reminiscent of dried sweat!. Noise disturbance; there were disturbance at night due to loud banging noises from another guests room, it is late hours! No security roving around? Outdated towels and bathrobes; The towels and requested bathrobes that has been delivered after an hour was outdated, showing signs of wear and fading.

Extremely thrilled and amazed by the overall experience that we had during our stay. Mr. Muneeb (Duty Manager) was one of the gems we met. He not only upgraded our rooms but also welcomed us like no other. We will definitely be going again to stay. it was an exceptional stay.

Nice clean hotel , very quiet, nice staff , the gym is good , location is not that good , unless you have a car Food is good , dinner Indian and breakfast intercontinental

Staff were friendly

There are places to eat and gas stations next to the hotel, which is suitable for self-driving travel. It is about half an hour's drive from the main tourist attractions in the city. The room is quite spacious and comfortable

Compared with the Four Points Sheraton in China, the facilities are not new, but fortunately it is the off-season for tourism in Dubai, so the price is still very cost-effective. The cocktails and beers in the bar on the first floor are delicious, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. Pronunciation City is an industrial area in Dubai, and the surrounding environment is average. The hotel itself is one of the better ones in the area.

Didn't clean my room

we loved it very much, pretty much everything from room, breakfast, pool, sauna. they gave us a very tasty complimentary cake and decorated our room. 💯

They welcomed us with the warmest smiles and facilities room was amazing and the food n service was quick and friendly.
