Booked a club lounge room as a stopover, the staff and the whole team from check-in, to sun vibe team at the beach, to Dubai’s best hidden secret-The Club Lounge all were absolutely perfect! The team do their utmost to make an impression we’ll never forget! Brunch at Netsu was delectable and spectacular, the best brunch I’ve had in Dubai. I’d love to name the whole team to say thanks, but thanks to Ben, Neville, Michellan (and the whole club team) Linda and Abdul from Sun vibes and last but not least the very talented chef Rashida! Thank you all

The hotel is on the beach, with a balcony and a restaurant area by the water. The space is open and feels very comfortable. In the desert climate of Dubai, it is much more comfortable than hotels in closed buildings in the CBD in the city. The transportation is convenient and not far from the main business district of the city. Just a few minutes' drive away is the residential commercial district, which is very convenient for dining and daily shopping. The hotel is very new, the decoration is fashionable and stable, the room is spacious, clean and tidy, the decoration is fashionable, and there is a balcony. The services are very good. The only small drawback is that it does not have its own private beach. The waterside is a breakwater built of stones. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the private beach of the hotel next door. It was not an easy journey under the scorching sun during the day. However, the swimming pool in the hotel is still good. So it depends on personal preference. For most people on business trips and short-term vacations, the demand for swimming in the sea is actually not high. All in all, it is a very comfortable and convenient choice for business travel in Dubai, and is also highly recommended for short-term vacations. Good value for money.

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

We were initially given a rather dated room with leaking shower heads. After reflecting the matter and requesting a room change the next day, the duty manager promptly gave us a newly renovated room on a much higher floor with views of burj al arab, and we loved it! Location was great. Within a minute from the train station. Value for money! Special thanks to Ian, he was very helpful!

Let’s start with the welcome. We arrived at 1 am after a 14 hour flight. We were greeted by Jude Eileen Mostefa and Mike who all had plenty of energy and a hearty smile. Ask for the green apple mint juice, I promise you will not be disappointed. Back to our stay. The hotel staff helped us to finalize our itinerary and answer all of our calls with out delay, even at 2 am because we needed to use the wash and dry combo. The hotel rooms and all accommodations are just as described. Beautiful!

After checking in, I waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes. The hotel lobby provided drinks for customers and there were many sofas in the hotel lobby. After opening the room, I found that the hotel room was quite large, but the windows could not be opened. The staff prepared disposable slippers for customers in advance, which was very considerate. There were many clothes drying racks in the cabinet, which was good, and the shower room was also large. The sheets and quilts feel like they are new, which is good. The hotel is near the community. Walking a few dozen meters to the right from the hotel entrance, there is a gift shop that is very common in Dubai. It also sells daily necessities at relatively favorable prices. A few steps forward, there is a small Sri Lankan restaurant. Anyway, it feels quite new to me. , there are also pastries in that small restaurant. I left this hotel and chose another hotel because the windows in this hotel could not be opened.
