The location is very good, on the Palm Island. The service staff is friendly. Although there was a problem with the bed sheets after check-in, it was quickly solved after reporting it to the front desk, and we were given a goodwill. Although there are not many types of breakfast, the quality is good.

i love this awesome hotel! good hotel for families, couple or with kids. i love every part of the hotel very good spot for photo taking. its huge, staffs were all friendly. amenities were good. love the balcony, the beach, the aquarium, saffron breakfast buffet, big toilets in the room. just awesome service!!! thank you!

This hotel is almost the end of jumeirah. Big thumbs up to the reception team for making smooth check in process and Thanks a lot for allowing me to check out a bit late at 2:30pm as my flight got delayed. They also provide free shuttle bus to nakheel Mall which is so Convenient Also the mexican food on the top floor are really delicious especially the Fish tacos

We decided on a hotel to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday and The hilton Palm jumerah seemed like a perfect option after checking the website. Since the second I got out my car I felt like I was at home with warm welcoming from everybody to valet, reception even the staff mopping in the lobby. The whole place is just immaculate. The pool bar was amazing, the 2 clubhouse for kids on each side of the pool was a perfect idea in this design. I will never forget the breakfast buffet as it even had food there that I have never seen or tried before. Josh, RJ, Natasha and Rashani Shakira were some of the names I can not forget, there engagement with me was very nice and professional. We could feel the care and tone in there voice that she went out her way to make sure my wife and 2 kids were happy and comfortable in the Executive lounge. Josh and RJ were so friendly to us and my daughter and stood by our side while hosting our daughters birthday caring for any extra needs we had. We will definitely be back for my sons 1st birthday as this gem of a hotel is an amazing place with amazing people.

Beautiful hotel with excellent Guests service from Front office Kavien, both Marium and also cafe staff and all the hotel staff always smile, polite and professional. Specifically we really appreciate that , when we enter to our room they have done a beautiful bed deco and a nice cake for anniversary celebration.it’s shows us how the guest important to their hotel. Excellent Service.Hotel rooms are very cleaned and amenities are quality. Thank you so much Royal Central hotel. Definitely we will come back again.

Now, let's talk about the goodies. The amenities are no joke. They've got everything from a gym that could rival a fitness center to a spa that's basically a slice of heaven. And can we talk about those free drinks? In the room, by the pool, and even on the beach – they're practically handing you luxury on a silver platter. And speaking of the beach – private beach alert! It's like having your own secret paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle. I practically lived there, soaking in the tranquility like it was going out of style. The vibe at this place is next level – quiet, classy, and just the right amount of boujee. Whether you're sipping cocktails by the pool or diving into a feast at one of their fancy restaurants, you'll feel like you've been upgraded to a VIP status. Major props to the staff – these guys are hospitality wizards. They made every interaction a pleasure, from check-in to chowing down. Friendly, professional, and always ready to make your stay feel like you're the main character in your own luxury novel. Now, let's talk about the breakfast – oh boy, it's a game-changer. They don't mess around when it comes to the most important meal of the day. It's a feast for the senses with a spread that could make a food critic weep tears of joy. From continental classics to exotic delights, every craving is satisfied. I'm still daydreaming about those breakfasts – they alone are worth the stay. And let's not forget the view from my room – breathtaking doesn't even begin to cover it. Waking up to that kind of scenery is like getting a daily dose of visual therapy. In a nutshell, if you're ready to treat yourself like royalty, the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah is the place to be. Everything is excellent, the beach is nearby, a 1-minute walk, a swimming pool on the terrace with a gorgeous view, the food is varied and tasty. A magnificent promenade with many cafes. The staff is very polite. The rooms have a stove, washing machine, iron, refrigerator, balcony and all kitchen utensils. Moll (shopping center) opposite the hotel, there is a grocery store that sells pork products. I recommend it, you won’t regret it

A very good hotel with a super professional stuff. Stayed there for 3 nights. We asked for a corner room, and we really got one, but when we entered the room there was a smell of mold, and there were noises coming from the upper floor. After i contacted the reception and complained about the above, they immediately moved us to a knew room, that was fantastic. This is the kind of service that you have to get in such high level hotels. The hotel is located in an excellent location, and it is connected to a mall, with a lot of restaurants. The room was big and very comfort, and had the all amenities that you need. This hotel is a very good choice in Dubai

I had some difficulty with the check in, booked luxe sea view room thinking of the pool view as shown in the website then they gave me a room which was totally different , can’t see any pool view , spoke with somebody in the phone from the room as I was not happy of the room , then a lady , named Freya spoke who was very rude and very poor customer service who was not trying to help in any way , I was not happy then went to the reception to speak about it , there was a receptionist named Anjali , who was very lovely , who sort out my room problem and gave me a new room as advertised and I was very happy . Because of receptionist Anjali ,who was brilliant, had great customer service made my day and saved my experience in the hotel . I am giving all these 5 star just for Anjali, who was star of my visit to the hotel , otherwise will have given 0 star for the customer service provided by the in-house room manager Freya , who was rude and zero customer service , donor try to help in anyway . The place is really good mainly for parties , young people . I love the place , vibes.

The Wyndham Residences the Palm on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is on the artificial palm island, more than 20 minutes away from the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah. The light rail station for island tours is also there. Next to the Atlantis Hotel, the transportation is convenient. The Wyndham Serviced Apartments provide attentive services, including fruit bowls and condolence cards, so that you can feel cordial with your guests. There are washing machines, electric stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and pots in the apartment. The basins and bowls are equally accurate and convenient to use. The front desk of the building has a beautiful scenery. It is worth enjoying life there!
