Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai

The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

The perfect hotel I ever had stayed in my life. I feel a little bit disappointed water park has a few closed theme, especially I couldn't play Slide. Food was good, condition was great, people are nice and kind, and so clean, and private beach and swimming pool, you can see Burj Al Arab everywhere you go. Thank you! And see you again

The check-in experience is poor. If the overall score is considered, it would be unqualified. It would be about 2 points. But the hotel's facilities and decoration are very good, so the price is so high. But the transportation is very inconvenient. The twin family room booked is large. The single-bed room we were given when we checked in was small in size. We were told that the room we booked was not available. My friend and I went to breakfast. The hotel staff led us to a table. We just sit down and suddenly, a waiter rushed to us and shouted rudely”this table is reserved!” My friend and I were astonished, did not know what happened. Then he made us leave and left us scared. Luckly a nice young lady noticed us, and came to ask what happened and then led us to another table. We asked the young lady- why breakfast table was reserved? We've never heard of it~~ She didn't reply directly. But even though the table was reserved indeed, the waiter could have tell us calmly, we would understand without any doubt. No need to shout out of malice. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waiter took us to a table and sat down. As soon as we were seated, a male waiter rushed out and said very savagely that this table was reserved and forced us to leave our seats. My friends and I were stunned and stood there dumbfounded without knowing what was going on. Fortunately, a young waitress saw us and asked us to sit down at another table. We asked: Do you also have table reservations for breakfast? The waiter didn't answer directly. But even if the table was actually reserved, the waiter could have said it nicely and there was no need to be so malicious. This is a hotel with terrible service and the room rates are so expensive it's not worth it. Will never come again. Personal lessons for your reference

The room is very big, the bathtub is very comfortable, and it is relatively quiet. The breakfast is very good. It is close to the airport, so it is very convenient to take a plane. It is a distance away from the city, which is quite good.

I love this hotel, I come here every year because it’s magnificent! I like everything, from the marbles throughout the hotel to the fresh flowers everywhere, from the stunning ones in the lobby to the flowers in the room. The hotel is spotless, even the paths through the gardens. As the Jumeirah property is massive you can easily move around with free buggies or abras. The breakfast fits every taste, there are several cooks stations, fruits, oriental food, continental breakfast, Arabic and much more! Rooms are very spacious, with nice soft carpet, living area with sofa and armchair, a big tv, and a nice bathroom. If you can, book the ocean deluxe rooms, they worth every penny! Waking up in the morning, open the curtains and see the sea, the palms, the abras and the Burj al Arab is wonderful, the view is stunning! The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and I have to mention both the housekeeping manager (l’m sorry I don’t remember his name - rooms 613-614), he greeted us every time he met us asking if everything was ok and if we needed something, and Srinivas, the guy who tidied up our rooms during our stay at the hotel, he was always smiley, asked us several times if we were happy with his work or if we needed something more. Our room was always perfectly clean. Thank to all the staff for making our stay relaxing and special! I can’t wait to come back next year!

My stay in Mina a Salam was outstanding. The Hotel and everything around is fantastic. Beautiful newly firnished rooms. The best in the Hotel was the Service. Our roomcleaning service was one of the best we had. beginning from the vice manager Alam Meehbob who helped us with everything we need in the room, and then the best room girl of the hotel Pauline . She was a sunshine doing an excellent job in the morning and the evening. She has all the time a smile for the guest and take care for everything. Very ood instructed from her boss Alma Meehbob. Also always helping with a smile on the face was the boys on the beach, especally , Ibrahim and Charles. these two make the day easier and better on the beach. again thank you to all .

Just returned from another trip to DAM and once again it did not disappoint. I booked directly with the Jumeirah website this time, so thankfully no drama at checkout time this year. My previous reviews capture all that is good about this property. personally I don't go to DAM for the waterpark, however feedback from the kids was that it is looking very tired, that aside nothing much else to quibble. The front line staff at DAM are fantastic and that was the same again this year. from the staff taking care of the rooms, at the beach/poolside and all the restaurant staff. Special note to Mylene, Ashu and Neha at the Arboretum; we saw them every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks and some evenings when we went to the Arboretum for dinner. Neha; whether morning or evening, constantly smiling and never seemed to stop. Fantastic energy and enthusiasm for an extremely challenging job. Ashu who noticing that my wife was suffering from a cold offered and made her a hot drink with Ginger and Lemon at breakfast - it was unsolicited, he did not have to make the effort - however he did and these are the memories that make a stay special. I just hope DAM management recognise that it is the Neha', Mylene' and Ashu's that make their hotel special and they are rewarded for their amazing work.

We have just returned from 7 nights of ultimate luxury at Jumeirah Al Naseem, from the moment our door was opened by valet we received nothing but the best service possible. We arrived in the morning and whilst checking in I was gifted with the most beautiful white roses from reception, and my daughter who was impressed with my roses was then also kindly gifted pink roses! From here I just knew we were going to have the best holiday. As we arrived at 9am I didn't anticipate we would get into our room straight away, but we were taken to our room within 20 minutes of arriving, our room was not too far from reception but also near the swimming pool/beach! The moment we walked into our room we were completely blown away by how spacious the room was, the room was absolutely beautiful, modern and clean. We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children in a family ocean superior room, this meant we had sliding doors so we could have privacy with the children still being in the same room as us and as it was an ocean superior we were very close to the beach and had a terrace with a daybed, which we throughly enjoyed! Breakfast at The Palmery is not to be missed, the selection was big but still intimate. nothing was too much trouble our favourite was the avocado station which also did Eggs Benedict, the presentation was always fantastic we also enjoyed the omelette station - nothing is ever too much trouble and no matter what time we went down for breakfast, there never seemed to be a rush! We spent all 7 days of our holiday by the family kalsa pool, we had no trouble finding 4 sun beds right next to the pool even though we would go down to the pool at around 12pm, there was always plenty of beds available. I can not rate the pools enough, working all day in this heat and they still do everything with a smile! Especially Tarek and Rauf who always got us towels. ice buckets, free water. Our favourite thing about Jumeirah is the lollies, at Al Naseem everyday by the pool we would be treated to watermelon lollies, and raspberry smoothie shots - what an amazing treat! Al Naseem also have an E Butler which was a god send, any requests could be sent through WhatsApp and they would reply back instantly whatever hour of the day! On one occasion I had asked for matches at 3am and the matches came within 10 minutes! We were honestly treated like royalty. Jumeirah Al Naseem you have won our hearts and I can not imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Dubai. We can not wait to return!

Got to say this is one of my top favourite hotels. Excellent work from service to cleanliness. Every part of the hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. Great location to move around too! 👍👍
