Our stay was exceptional, we got a free room upgrade, the room was fairly clean, it is one of the best hotels for the price. The only gripe i had was the valet service, this is not the first stay for me in this hotel, the valet service was slower than usual as a matter of fact on the third day i waited half a hour for my car, every time a new car turns up they asked me wither it was my car or not so i told them my plate number and it still took a while till my car showed up, i kept asking what was the issue and they always replied that the car is coming.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the Hotel's location was perfect; opposite the Gold Souk Metro Station. Very clean, and the breakfast a great spread. Hospitality was more than what we expected, especially there was a boy called Zin who went out of his way to take care of us. I would highly reccommend this hotel...
