The service was very good, staffs was very helpful and polite especially the 2 filipino staffs, the only one hotels so far that i empressed, the cleanliness are there especially at the room,

Went for Arabic night, wonderfull food, choice of salad, chicken moussakhan, okra beef, one of the best chicken moulakhiya I ever had in Dubai, Chef is preparing fresh kebab like lamb kofta and shish tawook which is fresh and delicious, we will sure come back and also we will try Indian night also one day, staff is very polite and friendly thank you so much all.

The location is good, nearby airport and MRT. When I reached the hotel I was told that the room reserve to me is double bed, but I’ve booked twin room. The receptionist told me he managed to give me twin room non smoking. When I reached the room it totally smells like cigarettes smoke that provoke my asthma. When the housekeeping come to spray air freshener, it didn’t go away. I requested for room transfer but they say that’s the only available. No toilet amenities at all. The toilet bowl everytime I will sit it feels like it will fall as there’s gap from its attachment from the wall. Breakfast items is almost the same every day only 1-2 items will change. Receptionist are not helpful to your needs and when you ask something it’s like I owe them money when they reply. But housekeeping staff are nice and friendly

Estay Hotel is one of the underrated hotels in Dubai. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The amenities are nice and we are so happy that they opened a convenience store inside the campus. I also want to commend the staff; Haidy and Ashitha from the reception, Om and Sonam from housekeeping, and especially Mostafa from the management. They're making sure that we are taken care of, happy and satisfied during our stay. Their smiles definitely give good vibes. 😉🥳

Here’s a structured review based on your input: --- The hotel's location is very convenient, being near the metro, making it easy to reach. The room was big and clean, which I appreciated. The bathroom was also very satisfying, equipped with a good-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. It was full of amenities, which made the stay even more comfortable.. For those that follow me, you know I'm a fan of this product, particularly the executive room offering. From the meet and greet at the airplane gate (which always makes one feel welcome seeing that sign with your name on it), to the zipping through internal airport security (many don't realize even in transit in Dubai you clear security), to being in a big, clean comfy room with amenities within 15 minutes of getting off a long international flight, well, it's a win win win for me. Staff are incredibly polite, and the rooms are soundproof. Touches like full Emirates first class amenities (tooth brush kits, combs, toiletries and sewing kits), to massage chairs in room, bath and shower, coffee station, two desks and high speed internet, I get a lot of work done on my stopovers. In gate B, fifty or so meters from the train elevators, even if you are traveling out of A terminal or C , you are 15 - 20 minutes from the gate. The desk can have a golf cart waiting for you outside the elevator to whisk you towards gate C if you wish. There is a nice pool free for guests, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Tge rooms provide slippers and robes. All food and drinks at the lounge are free, so if you don't have airline lounge access, you can eat and drink a big chunk of your hotel bill (beers can be in the 12$ to 15$ range in resteraunts in the airport... you have been warned). There's a full business service as well. Elevators down tge hall from reception go right to the Emirates business and first class lounges. All in all, for me, I often use this over going into Dubai and adding all the pickup, journey time and having to get to the airport hours before a flight. Staying in the terminal means 15 minutes before boarding, I leave my hotel room! Oh, and you have time to shop all available stores! WIN!

Service of grand Excelsior has very much improved and exceeded expectations, food is great, facilities are up to standards, location is one of the best. Rooms are super clean and very very comfortable. Staff are amazingly well behaved. Check in and out was quick and smooth. Thumbs up for you guys for making this hotel a home away from home. Keep it up.

I checked into City Avenue Hotel on 23/11/22. All workers were polite and very helpful. After dropping out the cab, a gentleman from the hotel helped me carry my luggage into the building. I got exactly what I had asked for. The building had a nice aura and freshness to it, calm and quite environment. Very tidy and Every worker was kind. I had someone clean my room every day and nothing went missing. The hotel is located in a good area, places like grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and hospital like Aster are all a walkable distance. Receptionist work 24/7 so it’s easy to ask for help or check out at late hours.I enjoyed my stay, be sure to download Uber because it was difficult to find or get on a taxi. WiFi was good too. I never got to try out the food but everything else was top tier. I highly recommend and would certainly go back again.
