Deserve more than just a 3 stars hotel! Hotel is clean, bright, modern design and smells great. Staff is friendly. Mix crowd from all over the world with different age range. We had a great time!

The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

We have just returned from 7 nights of ultimate luxury at Jumeirah Al Naseem, from the moment our door was opened by valet we received nothing but the best service possible. We arrived in the morning and whilst checking in I was gifted with the most beautiful white roses from reception, and my daughter who was impressed with my roses was then also kindly gifted pink roses! From here I just knew we were going to have the best holiday. As we arrived at 9am I didn't anticipate we would get into our room straight away, but we were taken to our room within 20 minutes of arriving, our room was not too far from reception but also near the swimming pool/beach! The moment we walked into our room we were completely blown away by how spacious the room was, the room was absolutely beautiful, modern and clean. We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children in a family ocean superior room, this meant we had sliding doors so we could have privacy with the children still being in the same room as us and as it was an ocean superior we were very close to the beach and had a terrace with a daybed, which we throughly enjoyed! Breakfast at The Palmery is not to be missed, the selection was big but still intimate. nothing was too much trouble our favourite was the avocado station which also did Eggs Benedict, the presentation was always fantastic we also enjoyed the omelette station - nothing is ever too much trouble and no matter what time we went down for breakfast, there never seemed to be a rush! We spent all 7 days of our holiday by the family kalsa pool, we had no trouble finding 4 sun beds right next to the pool even though we would go down to the pool at around 12pm, there was always plenty of beds available. I can not rate the pools enough, working all day in this heat and they still do everything with a smile! Especially Tarek and Rauf who always got us towels. ice buckets, free water. Our favourite thing about Jumeirah is the lollies, at Al Naseem everyday by the pool we would be treated to watermelon lollies, and raspberry smoothie shots - what an amazing treat! Al Naseem also have an E Butler which was a god send, any requests could be sent through WhatsApp and they would reply back instantly whatever hour of the day! On one occasion I had asked for matches at 3am and the matches came within 10 minutes! We were honestly treated like royalty. Jumeirah Al Naseem you have won our hearts and I can not imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Dubai. We can not wait to return!

It is a good hotel, although it was very late when we arrived that night, it was still very good reception, but the hair dryer was broken that night, and finally the hotel was replaced. But the requested slippers did not arrive. Call the front desk in the next few days, everything needed was delivered in time, and the attitude was very good, thank you very much. The hotel is well located with a swimming pool and beautiful public areas. Good price, highly recommend this hotel.

The personnel who ckeaned our hotel room ( Mr Ashraf) was amazing,professional and welcoming.He made iur stay very comfortable and I would recommend him to everyone who ever stays in that hotel.He is the best cleaner I have ever met.Thanks Sam

Clean comfortable apartments , great location , Ive Been there for several times and except once I really enjoyed my stay there. Housekeeping staff are all amazing specially there is a lady called Girlle , she is one of their best staffs in the hotel . Definitely my go to place when Im in Dubai .

The hotel is in a quiet yet noisy location, with a moderate location, close to Dubai mall and the Future Museum. The surrounding environment is good and there are many restaurants. The room is clean, the room service is very good, the breakfast is very good, and the food and service are impeccable. The only drawback is that it took a long time to get a room with a better view the next day when checking in. The efficiency of answering the phone at the front desk needs to be improved, and the lobby is small and dark. In any case, the satisfaction with the rooms and restaurants more than makes up for the other shortcomings. Not bad👍. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends. Thank you to all the breakfast staff for the great service, sincere smiles, kind greetings, excellent service, and a restaurant that I will miss. The guest rooms are cleaned carefully every day, every corner is impeccable and very comfortable. The view outside the window is great, I love it. It was one of the bests in Dubai. I've been in several hotels before. I'm telling you this is the one you can feel relaxed and everything is just right there. The waterpark and Dolphine Bay are close and there are some swimming pools. The aquarium is also in the hotel. I prefered having breakfast in the room and the room service was completely satisfactory. I enjoyed my stay. Highly Recommended👍👍👍

A very good hotel with a super professional stuff. Stayed there for 3 nights. We asked for a corner room, and we really got one, but when we entered the room there was a smell of mold, and there were noises coming from the upper floor. After i contacted the reception and complained about the above, they immediately moved us to a knew room, that was fantastic. This is the kind of service that you have to get in such high level hotels. The hotel is located in an excellent location, and it is connected to a mall, with a lot of restaurants. The room was big and very comfort, and had the all amenities that you need. This hotel is a very good choice in Dubai
