Was upgraded due to a mistake of customer service as they have given away our room, but happy with the customer service, extremely helpful and friendly
Overall cleanliness of room:1 out of 10 to be honest

I booked this hotel on trip.com for $146.10 but when i checked out I was invoiced $148.29 , extra $2.19 transaction fee, Why??? I thought the full amount is $146.10. I never pay more than what I am quoted for on trip.com

We enjoyed our stay and mostly everything was great. I have only put four out of five for cleanliness as the carpet needs cleaning. Otherwise everything else was clean and perfect. Also four out of five for Service. If I ran the motel, I would not have staff in the reception talking about other staff members while customers are trying to check in. Staff who are not greeting the guests should remain silent unless asked for help. It was difficult for us to hear the receptionist and for her to hear us due to the excessive chatter of the other staff members in reception. Otherwise everything else in the service was okay.

Hot water for shower took 5 minutes before hot enough to get under and water pressure poor and there is a sign not to waste water?!? No fan in bathroom just 2 open vanes above window - means fresh air yay! but offsets heating in main room if you can work out how the heater works (no instructions). There were 2 very small cereal bowls plus a slightly bigger one, 1 tea cup, 2 saucers, 2 mugs, 1 cereal spoon, 1 teaspoon, no plates, no knives, good toaster, very small electric jug, no water glasses, 2 small wine glasses - not a good selection for a main highway motel in town. What is the point of having a toaster but no knives or even plates which are big enough for toast? You might ask, why not ask reception for whatever you think is missing? Okay but does that mean every time you think something is missing or do a stocktake on arrival and take list to reception?

Aweful!! The carpet looked like a crime scene. COVERED in stains and mud. The smell was terrible. Doors and cupboards all had to be forced shut. Dirty finger prints and marks everywhere. Disgusting. Not worth $20 a night. There was even rubbish left behind the bedside which looked like it’d never been vacuumed.

The room was dirty- carpet was disgraceful and filthy, chairs had bad stains, aircon didn't work, no hot water, office closed at 6 so I couldn't complain. Room not serviced for 4 nights I stayed, bins not emptied, towels not changed- worst hotel experience ever-

Room 108 smelt musty as soon as we walked in. We later realised this was due to the condensation from the air conditioning until dripping directly onto the carpet.
