Breakfast was included so I was able to eat
We had a variety of menus like a buffet.

The transportation of the hotel is very convenient. It takes a while to get out of the expressway. It's just that the room facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is very simple, and there are too many people eating, so we can only take it back to the room to eat.

The rooms were very clean and big. The hotel itself was also very clean. The breakfast had hot buffet options and was pretty good. I liked the farm fresh yogurt option at breakfast.The pool was outside and was quite small. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Internet was inconsistent. I booked because of advertised high speed internet so I could run a 3 hour web meeting. Only after I moved to a public space was the connection stronger. One of your cleaning staff refused to lower the volume on a blasting TV in that space. I asked a second cleaner- and she lowered the volume. Room had musty smell- loud fan in the bathroom and a mouse hole on the lower wall trim by the bed. Tub drained very slow on day 1. Resolved after asking for room service.

My family enjoyed staying here for 6 nights. The area is safe, a lot of parking is available and free, and within 10 minutes drive to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. The front staff is readily available and helpful. Breakfast is included daily, and it consists of cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffees, waffles, and yogurt. You have to request room service, but it is not a problem since you can ask housekeeping for extra trash bags and towels if needed. Rooms and towels are clean. We would stay here again next time we visit.

Very friendly staff. Parking is free and all around the hotel. So you can park close to your room. On a busy street but surprisingly very quiet. Our room was on the back side away from the street. Bed and pillows were very comfy. I have no complaints and would stay here again. Very affordable too compared to other hotels in the area.
