Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (Gloucester Street South)

The hotel is modern, clean, well organized, with a delicious breakfas and options for dinner. My room was large, clean and well taken care. Location was a must. The price was very acceptable for Dublin. The staff was always ready do help and efficient to solve potential problems, although I didn't have any.

Premier Inn Gloucester Road has become one of my go-to places when I travel. It's more than just a hotel; it genuinely feels like a home away from home. The staff were fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and ready to chat. I had some great conversations with them about local life, including a memorable chat with Haroun! (Thanks again for your advice and help) There’s a unique energy here, and the team’s warmth and diversity really shine through, making for a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. It’s clear they put effort into maintaining high cleanliness standards, and we were pleasantly surprised by the extra space and cozy beds. The on-site restaurant was also a highlight. They offer a nice variety of breakfast options, from hearty hot dishes to fresh continental selections. It’s a casual, relaxed space that made starting the day easy and enjoyable. For families or anyone with accessibility needs, they really have it covered. The family rooms are a great option if you’re traveling with kids, and there are thoughtful features throughout for guests who might need them. Location-wise, it’s perfect—close to the town center with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I’d absolutely recommend staying here for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming experience.

We were visiting Dublin for a short trip and thought the Premier Inn would be a great option as others we have stayed in have been clean and friendly. Unfortunately this one was not. The staff were unhelpful, the bathroom has a strong smell of damp, the window was fully frosted so we could not see outside, the air con and the hairdryer did not work.

We went to the hotel for a coffee with few friends. We were very well welcomed by Barbara. She is really friendly, warm smile. Barbara was helpful. Accomodating the number we were. Keeping a great professional approach. We recommend highly this place.

I just had a fantastic experience with my group of friends. The room is very spacious. The waiting staff are very friendly. The food is delicious. We would come here again. We would recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait for our next adventure.
