Leonardo Hotel Dublin Parnell Street Reviews

Location is the best and is convenient to go anywhere in Dublin for tourist. Service is really good and they allow us to check in early.

Comfy stay, rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was small but delicious. Hotel is in the vicinity of four supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and a polish place I can’t remember the name of but they had great bread) and ＜10min drive away from the north dock conference center which was convenient for my work trip.

The walls between the rooms are so thin that I can hear every word the neighbours are saying. Add to this the fact that four people next door decided to have a ******* bender which had them up the entire night right up until 11AM and you can kiss your sleep goodbye. Initially there were about 8 people in the room being extremely loud so I called the front desk, they sent security, and there was blissful silence for all of 10 minutes. Hotel was very responsive there, can't complain about the staff. Anyway then a few of them snuck back in. From that point on they weren't being particularly loud, they were just talking and occasionally laughing. But I could hear every. single. word. Even with noise-cancelling earphones in I could hear them above my music. An entire night lying wide awake because of the hotel's crappy construction. You're rolling the dice at this hotel. If you even end up next-door to somebody who snores prepare for a sleepless night.

The service could of been better I did inform hotel it was my friends 30th was maybe expecting a little touch for her in the room on arrival which we didn’t. Room was basic but clean enough. Very good location close enough to bars and restaurants.

Good location however the cleanliness could be improved and mineral water should be provided.

Surprised that the room is in the basement, which isn’t suitable to be a hotel at all.

Superb hotel that used to called jurys inn but bought over by Leonardos only small complaint supplier of breakfast sausages has changed and no boiled eggs out for breakfast 15 min wait for boiled eggs if requested, I know Dublin is an international city but never spoke to one Irish person in hotel either reception cleaning staff or at breakfast, why is this ? Superb location and staff are helpfull so a stay here will enhance your dublin trip

Nice hotel , walking distance everywhere and good for families

A functional Hotel with good size room and comfy bed. It is on the North side of the river so a good 10-15 minute walk to Temple Bar etc. O'Connell street is just around the corner and there's a convenient Tesco opposite incase you have forgotten anything. Breakfast is expensive at €25 and so ventured out to local Castle Cafe where it was €12. Bar area is fine and drinks average price but didn't dine here as pubs have good value food. Parnell's pub is just a few metres away and serves good food and O'Connells at the bottom of O'Connell St, near the bridge is also excellent. Easiest route to walk to and from Dublin Express bus stop is straight down O'Connell St. reception staff were polite and helpful. Didn't try the Gym!
