The hotel is in an excellent location. Many shops, pubs, tourist attractions and restaurants are near by. Public transit also makes it easy to get to and from the hotel.
One towel was dirty and the tissues looked as they had been used.
In an effort to safe the amount of toiletries used the hotel has bottles of soap and shampoo invaded. This made it difficult to use.
The breakfast was nice and the staff at the restaurant were efficient and helpful.

The hotel is in very central location, near to the Temple bar and a lot of other attractions. The room is basic, not much facilities at all but is sufficient. Will consider others if the price is the same.

We had a continual loss of electricity due to some unknown overload in rooms 220 and 222 unplugged coffee heaters and cleared the problem Evening manager was very helpful.

Rooms could do with a bit of a make over. Was grand for the night but wouldn't want a longer stay there. Just a it old and in need of a refresh.

Very old rooms with poor lighting. The perfect location and the employees at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptional.

At best, it's a classical hotel, at worst, it's a bit old, but the atmosphere was very nice and the staff were very polite and helpful, making my stay a pleasant one.
Like everywhere in Europe, there are no amenities such as slippers, so you will need to bring your own.
Although we stayed in February, we didn't feel cold because the double windows had hot water panel heaters!
The location is very convenient, with the hop-on hop-off bus stop nearby, and the Guinness Storehouse within a 15-minute walk.
It seems to be the highest place in Dublin, so be careful as there is a steep slope from the airport bus stop to the hotel!
