Hotel was very ran down, dirty, noisy, the light fitting was coming away from the ceiling, plugs where broken, couldn’t sleep with noise till 4am. Absolute dump !

Very good location, near city center, shopping and parks, short walk to tram and bus stops. Would have enjoyed it more if I was young adult looking to party - Harcourt street is a party street with abundant night life and variety of choices. Beware of famous night club literally adjacent to the hotel, open and crowded 7 days a week until 2:30 AM with loud dance music nd loud people having a good time. Hotel provided earplugs :) - very considerate of them. Building is historical, also meaning accommodations are last century, which, if you are into it - you might enjoy, (with 2 electrical outlets in entire room, no usb ports, separate hot and cold water faucets, slanted "stationery" desk, etc). Staff was friendly and accommodating, simple breakfast of croissants and selection of teas, milk and instant coffee was provided daily and satiating enough to start the day.

This hotel is a perfect location in Dublin City, close to St Stephens Green and the Lucas (Trams) to get around, the triple room I had was huge and very clean, old fashioned style but absolutely fine The noise from the nightclub/bar downstairs is loud and goes on til 2:30 so if ur a light sleeper it may not suit but I managed to get to sleep no problem anyway Would book again for definite, and there’s a bus to the airport (Dublin express) at the top of the road which gets you there in 30 mins and €10 return, it’s on hatch street Thank you for a lovely stay A happy customer

It was the worst hotel expire I ever had. There is noisy club in the hotel that makes furniture in the room dancing. Temperature in the rooms at extremely level of 35 degrees. Beware of this place!

The only thing going for this hotel is it's location. Everything else is really poor. Staff are dismissive and rude, room was really hot and smelly with no option to cook it down except crack open the window on a busy road. Not that the noise of the road can be heard over the constant bass noise from the club downstairs. It starts at about nine pm and continues until one thirty am. Not just in the background but almost vibrating the bed. I didn't understand why they supplied ear plugs in the room but soon found out!!. Terrible experience never to be repeated.

Was a good stay, comfy beds, however is noisy so if you’re not into the party scene it’s probably not the place for you

Good hotel

The hotel is European-style. The logo is not as big as other hotels. You need to look at it more to avoid getting the wrong location. The room is clean and tidy. Except for the lady at the front desk who seemed a bit indifferent on the day of check-in, the service attitude of other staff members was very good. The room has a certain sense of age, so there is a sound of the floor when walking in the room. The sound insulation effect is average. You can hear the cleaning sound in the next room. I read comments before that there is a bar downstairs that is very noisy at night. It’s actually okay after experiencing it. I can hear the noise but it didn’t affect my sleep. Overall, it is still a hotel worth recommending

The hotel is well located. Here is the only positive point. Dated room with carpet, which in my opinion is full of dust mites. Not comfortable mattress and the best thing is the disco in the hotel (go figure). Impossible to sleep before 3 a.m. In short, I strongly advise against this establishment and at a more expensive price compared to all that.

The room is super big and great

The location was central. But no mention was made of the hotel's integrated club, which played loud music until 4am. The whole room was shaking and restorative sleep was out of the question. Decor was rustic but the smell was very peculiar.

On the one hand, good, well located, excellent Georgian-type decoration but there is a trick, it is not just a hotel, it is a Disco that plays the music extremely loud until 2:30 am in the morning. The structure is made of wood and absolutely everything shakes and on the first floor you are listening to music at more than 55db, so you cannot sleep. We complained and they made us fill out a complaint form that was basically a white piece of paper… We asked for a room change and for the second day they gave us one on the third floor and we were able to get some rest. I don't recommend it to anyone, honestly.

Exceptional hotel location. Interesting although aging decoration. On the other hand, don't expect to sleep before 4am!!!! The nightclub is on the ground floor of the hotel and it's not the earplugs provided that will allow you to spend a peaceful night 🥴
