非常不靠譜的經歷，第一天晚上入住酒店時候，記得前台服務員説可以兩天都住一個房間（我第一天訂的是單床，第二天訂的是雙床）。第二天晚上回酒店時候，不僅我的房間被換了，我的行李也不見了。後天才知道，他們把我的部分行李打包了，但是我的襪子，牙刷一些隨身東西他們沒有收拾，也沒事任何工作人員跟我説我的房間換了，不見了的東西酒店工作人員以一句沒看到就打發了，沒有任何賠償！並且我第二天訂的是雙床，他們給的是三床。出去玩第一次遇到這麼不靠譜的事也是醉了

A lovely hotel in a good location, 24-hour reception with friendly staff. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The tram goes past the front of the hotel and there are a couple of bars opposite so if you are a light sleeper it may be better to ask for a room at the back. I have given 4 out of 5 (and not full marks) due to the breakfast. It was served in a sister hotel a couple of doors away (no breakfast facilities on-site). The food was fine but it was rather disorganised; the staff seemed under a lot of pressure with little time to clear and re-set the tables after the previous customers left.

Enjoyed the location and the easy access to the tram and camden street (go to Anseo for great lp dj music). Plenty of restaurant and pub options nearby. Unfortunately they are building something next door so sleeping in or napping wasn't much of an option as there was constant loud drilling.

Nice big room. The shower was a little problem because of the style of it with no shower door, water got on the floor.
The breakfast next door was excellent!
