The room was good, clean and tidy. The location and the outer front of the hotel is extremely dodgy. The guy at the reception is extremely extremely weird and literally of no help. Just had 2 answers to every question of concern, "we don't have it here", "I don't know".

Booked for Saturday gig late Friday evening the band had logistics problems due to the weather alert. Suprise suprise less than helpful reception. A well-hospitable customer service, cozy bedroom, well-tidied

Great location but staff members are unprofessional as they cannot offer any help regarding the broken television or the dirty kettle. Bed and toilet are clean but there is dust on furnitures and the kettle is disgustingly filthy with black stuff (probably mould) inside.

The picture on the main page is not showing the real entrance of the hotel. The early staff was fine but late staff was not helpful at all. Staff need to have more smile on their face!

Located in the city center, it is a one-star hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel, only narrow staircases, similar to domestic guesthouses. There is a bar downstairs, and I will be woken up by drunkards at 2-3 am. The hotel is also in Chinatown, and there are many Chinese restaurants downstairs, which is convenient for eating. From beginning to end, I was worried about the safety of the hotel. I had to block the door with my luggage when I slept at night to feel at ease, but in the end it was generally safe, and there was no knocking on the door at night. The neighborhood is very old, very dirty, and there are many black people, which completely subverted my beautiful imagination of Ireland. It may be better to choose another district to stay, at least it is cheap and safe.

Very nice hotel, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are large and clean.

The service was so good. When I went to the airport early in the morning, they took the initiative to call a taxi for me.
