Good location, difficult to get into if you don't have a phone. They need to make a pdf file with clear instructions on how to get in. The mattress is not great. There is no heating in the bathroom so it is very cold in winter. Also no heating in the room except an air conditioner which is too noisy to use at night. The divet is also not suitable in winter, and no sheets were provided for the sleep sofa. nowhere to hang clothes or towels in bathroom.

Gran opción para visitar el old town
Esta ubicado dentro del Old Town lo que lo hace perfecto para recorrer la ciudad y escaparte al cuarto del hotel a descansar, o dejar algo, es muy comodo, recorrer el old town de dubrovnik puede ser cansado porque hay muchas escaleras, tener tu cuarto cerca se agradece mucho!… esta muy bien cuidado, limpio, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una buena estancia.
La atención del host (Vicko) por whatsapp también fue buena, muy atento a contestar los mensajes y con instrucciones claras, el hotel esta en un segundo piso, para que lo tomen en cuenta, hay que subir escaleras.
Gracias y definitivamente volvería

Not As Advertised
Numerous problems and poor communications. Unable to get into room upon arrival. Door locked from inside and after long travel day, little was done to assist. Cost us 1 hours and 15euros. We were told this was the first time this has ever happened. After speaking with other guests, they indicated it also happened to them.
Not enough hot water for 1 full shower.
Ad promotes non-smokng room, but that is not the case. Room smells of smoke.
Room not as advertised in promotional photos. Clearly a smaller room.
Kettle in room but no cups. No coffee. No tea.
Property manager promised to address concerns and never heard back.

Excellent stay
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Palacio Celeste. The room was clean and quiet. Location of the Hotel is perfect! Very close to anything we wanted to do and many restaurants to choose from.

Loved our stay!
Perfect location in the heart of everything you want to see and do. Very comfortable room. Very clean and great communication to help locate the entrance. Fair warning- the apartment is on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator. I missed this note when I booked. The location is worth the extra lugging of luggage.

Location, location, location! Surprisingly, very quiet. Lovely decorated with antiques making it a befitting cozy accommodation. Our room was a bit dark as it had no balcony and the window faced another building close by. Water issues leaking from the above unit on two occasions, but staff was very responsive.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The self-check-in system was convenient and our room was modern, clean and quiet. Our host Vicko was helpful and informative.
