Well had dirty towels in our room garbage in baskets which weren't from me, a bed that didn't look like it was changed, and the potatoes Saturday morning were cold and undercooked

Pretty average hotel, not the business class hotel of the Carlson Company. I lodged several complaints while there and they were never addressed. I was told via text that management would contact me, never happened. Hotel was full of families staying for baseball tournament. But pool closed at 9:00 pm. Bathroom was dirty. Beds comfy. Lobby quiet and comfy but small. Breakfast so so, some food cold. Not worth price we paid.

Some of the negative reviews must be false or talking about a different place. No extreme upticks in cost. Exceptionally clean. Pleasant staff. My room appeared to have pretty much new everything. Pretty comfortable bed. Decent bedding, quiet AC. Much better than some of the much pricier and “luxury” places I have stayed in.

Checked into a king, suite and the TV did not work. Staff member had to reboot the system, which was a little annoying considering it took roughly 25 minutes. This was the least of my concerns as when I crawled into bed with the TV on, I noticed dark spots all over the sheets. I turned down the lights to see, the sheets were all bloodied. I immediately ran to the bathroom and washed my legs. Apparently housekeeping made the bed with bloody sheets. When I informed the front desk, they apologized and gave me another king suite room. This room had the bathroom door closed for a reason as , the faucet in the bath tub shower area had a leak and was dripping constantly. These are things that could definitely be avoided. As for breakfast, it was subpar as for example, the waffle batter was sour and runny, and made horrible waffles. The juice dispenser did not work And the staff put out a gallon of generic orange juice. The coffee looked like tea and was not bold as described with a sign. Again, all of these details are easily remedied, but in my opinion, we’re not due to cost cutting if not, then, why?

There was a dirty sheet on the chair when we entered the room. Also had to re-load the key card twice to get in the room. There were a punch of kids in the hot tub jumping and splashing without any adult supervision.

We arrived on Saturday may 11th, we couldn’t find the room, we got in at 11:00pm, my mother in law, paid with points, when we arrived she has a Carly that is esa,they told her if you don’t have proof, that she had to pay 40.00 plus tax, not very friendly, well we got into our room, woke up the next morning with itchy red spots on my feet and legs, flea bites, I’m having surgery on Monday, hope this doesn’t postpone it, I will send pictures.
