The best hotel I have ever stayed at all the staffs were amazing from reception to bar staff I can not fault this amazing hotel and my room ahhhh the best view hotel room was just exceptional words alone can not describe wow wow wow will be coming back again Hotel Plaza be proud you guys are the Best

Amazing hotel! From start to finish the staff were exceptional, the food is of very good standard for a buffet style breakfast & dinner! The menu at lunch time is also just as good if not a little bit better! Lovely hotel, modern and kept very clean at all times! Would definitely recommend! Area is a little bit quiet but perfect if you’re just wanting to have a relaxing week away!

Fantastic contemporary hotel, beautifully built and maintained to a very high standard. Exceptional staff, hospitality at it's very best. Unfortunately I'd wrongly assumed the hotel was on the beach, from the 2nd floor, we sat very close to the main road and directly opposite a large caravan site. Floors 7 and above would have a much more peaceful stay and pleasant view. Not too many eateries in the area, those we found offered a choice of burgers, pizzas or salads. Instead we opted to eat in the hotel and the food on offer at the Pool Bar was good.

Wonderful hotel in Duce around 40 mins drive from Split airport. We got a private transfer from the airport arranged via the hotel. The reception staff are so helpful, I contacted them via facebook. Our room was on the 12 floor and had fabulous views, the room has just about everything you could possibly want, toiletries, good storage, mini fridge, coffee machine, ironing board and iron and electric curtains what a treat this was waking up, pushing a button by the bed and seeing the ocean. As the hotel is split level be prepared for the many lifts you need to navigate, it gets easier after a few days but we had 3 lifts to get to our room. The spa is lovely, and provides you with towels daily, my husband had a massage whilst we were there. The pool area is beautiful and there were always sunbeds available and seating, there is a waiter service to the sunbeds with is great, the drinks and cocktails were lovely. It is a quiet hotel so if you are looking for lots of entertainment this is not for you, but it was peaceful and the pool bar in the evenings was just stunning. Beach and beach bar again was wonderful and so peaceful, also a waiter service available on the beach, although you do need to pay for sunbeds and parasols daily. The sea was beautiful, calm and not too cold. We often had lunch on the beach from the beach bar. Don't forget the ice creams they were amazing my personal favourite was coconut with bits really tasty and refreshing in the heat. We visited Omis a small town along the coast line it was lovely but we were there on a Sunday so not much was open. We heard lots of people talking about tours they had been on but we choose to stay local and just relax for the week. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to Jalena on reception and Antonio at the pool bar, always smiling and helpful. The food in the restaurant was always delicious, hot and plentiful, again the staff were always so welcoming.

We stayed in the Plaza for 10 days at the beginning of June. The hotel is amazing, the staff are attentive & the area is beautiful. We had a couple of days around the pool but we’re more beach people, the beach is a short walk across the road from the hotel, the beach bar side is the more lively where as the beach to the right is calmer & was our preferred beach (this beach still gets service from the beach bar). The sun beds with a fixed parasol are €20 a day (two sun beds), well I say day it’s the same price if you hire from anytime in the day which seems quite expensive if you only spend the afternoon on the beach? However the beach is lovely, the drinks & ice creams from the beach bar are delicious. We had a couple of half days in Omiš, we walked in & got the bus back We also went into Split for the day, we used Mate taxi company & would highly recommend as they drop you off at the harbour where most of the attractions are, the cost was €35 each way. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, we stayed on the 7th floor, the room was large, well laid out & had a great view, the cleaners serviced it every day to a very high standard. The food in the hotel is exceptional (we stayed half board), it’s a buffet style breakfast & dinner, so much choice & excellent quality. The hotel is immaculate, it must take an army of cleaners keeping this hotel spotless! Every member of staff we met were friendly, professional, attentive & happy, they really did make the stay perfect. We will 100% return to the Plaza one day as we had such a great holiday.

Fabulous modern hotel very clean and staff were very good and very helpful apart from the grumpy restaurant manager who never spoke to us the whole week The main reason I gave it 3 instead of 5 was the fact there was no lounge area to relax in of an evening which we found unusual. There was a section of the a la carte so called restaurant which is brightly lit that you could sit at table and chairs but that was it unless you sat outside which we couldn’t due to the weather The food was very average for a buffet not very warm and not replenished regularly enough apart from when it was nearly end of service and then food seemed to come out Lacking in entertainment

Loved this hotel. Immaculate in every way. Great selection of food for us vegetarians and the staff were so helpful and friendly without exception throughout our 11 night stay. One of the hotel straplines is "Your satisfaction is our priority" Often straplines feel meaningless. Here the staff clearly buy into it in every way. Highly recommended by us...Well done!
