Staff at check-in was not friendly. Towels had stains in them. Airconditioning was horrible

I didn't want to change it for the weekend because I had to take the train here on Monday, so I stayed one more night. It is very convenient to the train station. There is a big square in front, with many blacks or Turks. I was a little worried about the danger, but the front desk said it was safe. No problem

The room was average, but the location was convenient. The front desk was Turkish and didn't speak good English. And because of the pricing issue on Cyril, they asked me for the price difference, but I didn't give it to them, but the communication was very troublesome. Not a good experience

Apart from the right price, there is really nothing else to say. Anyway, it is cost-effective. If the budget is right, I would not choose this place anyway. With the support of five-star praise,

The Property has exchanged hands and seems they have lost customer friendly people. Except a lady at desk sometimes, all seems to be rude, arrogant and confused. My probably 5th stay in this property and not sure if this is the last one.

The new ownership has improved this hotel to a good standard. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful.

The pictures do not match up to what the hotel looks like. There are 2 different hotels not sure what condition the other hotel is but the one attached to the train station is not as pictured

Have stayed here before so new the hotel, but stated to look tired! The staff were super and very helpful. Handy for all the main facility's i.e. station and town centre shopping etc.

Just on the main train station excellent option for those needs to pick up train daily

Everything was average

Our fourth stay at the Duisburg Ibis. Convenient location, friendly staff, simple but adequate room and clean facilities. Tram and train station very close, also a lot of stores, restaurants and small food vendors near the hotel

Parking unavailable when we arrived late in the evening despite it being advertised, and it being the main reason for this choice of hotel.
