Buen hotel, pero...
El hotel y el servicio muy buenos. El parqueadero esta diseñado para carros pequeños, si llevas una SUV o camioneta es muy incomodo, además la capacidad es para 12 carros. El acceso y salida del parqueadero son muy estrechos

El hotel es bueno, sin embargo tiene 2 problemas importantes. 1. El parqueadero es enano para la cantidad de habitaciones y nadie del hotel se toma la tarea de organizar el parqueo. 2. Con alta ocupación no están preparados para servir el desayuno. El 25 de Diciembre el desayuno no tomo 2 horas.
Por otro lado, las fotografías de las habitaciones no concuerdan con lo recibido. Falta mobiliario.

No hay parqueaderos suficientes.
El hotel no cuenta con parqueaderos suficientes, son parqueaderos asignados por disponibilidad, deberia ser claro al momento de ofrecer el servicio, al llegar pude obtener un parqueadero, pero no pude usar mi vehiculo durante toda la estancia ya que si sacaba elmcarro del hotel perdia el espacio asignando.

Mejoría en el restaurante
Brindan un excelente servicio,soy muy amables y buscan la mayor comodidad para los clientes. Frente al restaurante mejoraría el servicio y tambien la comida, es regular. Al pedir un plato con camarones solo vivieron 3, mala calidad para un precio tan alto

Peor es nada
Lo mejor del hotel es su gente. Todos súper amables y serviciales.
La habitación inmensa pero totalmente vacía, para ver la TV casi hacía falta un telescopio, no había donde poder organizar la ropa salvo la cama y una silla de plástico no había donde sentarse, mientras tenías casi el 50-% de la han vacía. Quien diseñó el amoblado no tenía idea de lo que estaba haciendo.
El desayuno aunque de calidad aceptable muy pobre.
