I was really disappointed staying in a hotel this time. I had stayed in this hotel before, it was ok, after all, it was an InterContinental brand. But before the Spring Festival, they changed their brand. There were few people and they asked us to have a set meal. The set meal was cold when we took it into the room. It was not like this before. The room still used InterContinental Group's things, and InterContinental Group didn't care. I asked the restaurant and the front desk if the management team had changed, and they replied that they hadn't. It seems that they relied on brand benefits, not good management. We were very disappointed staying in this hotel. The front desk asked me to give feedback, but I haven't received a reply so far. I will not stay in this hotel next time.
