This hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to in the past few years using Ctrip. Two days in advance, the guest relations director Xiaoxiao contacted me by phone, added WeChat, sent me the location, and gave me warm reminders. After arriving, I was introduced to the hotel and the room was upgraded. The hotel lobby is luxurious and the view outside the room window is great, which is in line with Ctrip's luxury hotel recommendation and is worthy of its name. The hotel pool and hot springs are great, and the restaurant experience is also very good. After staying in this hotel, my impression of Dujiangyan City has improved a lot.

The feeling that Shiboge gave me was like a rich woman who was dressed gorgeously and earned tens of millions of yuan a year, but had to scrimp and save on manpower and material resources for the mortgage. Even the waiter who rented the lockers for the hot spring pool would say to you in a vague way: One locker is enough for the two of you (I didn't actively ask for two lockers, but the waiter had this assumption in his mind for some reason). After all, it is a five-star hotel with a room rate of thousands and beautiful scenery. I hope the service here can keep up with the scenery in the future. First of all, except for the guest manager who responded in time, it felt like everyone else was an intern who was a little unskilled in the business. When checking in, I asked the front desk what the difference was between the lake view room and the special theme pavilion. The front desk said she didn't know either. Then I asked the front desk for help to arrange a room on a higher floor facing the lake. The front desk only asked me if it was okay to arrange it on the sixth floor. She didn't say anything about whether the room was facing the lake. I saw in the comments that the same room type had pictures facing the lake, so I didn't ask much. After I entered the room, I found that the room was facing the street, so I asked the front desk to change rooms. The front desk told me that there was a price difference of two hundred for the lake view room, and the theme pavilion room only faced the street (at this time I knew there was a difference between the two rooms). They didn't admit that the lake view room on Ctrip was more than ten yuan cheaper than the theme pavilion. Even after I showed the price to the front desk, the front desk was still repeatedly confirming and quibbling. As a front desk clerk, don't you know the current room price in real time? And this price has been posted for a few days. When changing rooms, the guest director came to ask, and the front desk directly said: The guest felt that the lake view room was expensive, and did not explain the reason clearly. It sounded like I was short of 200 yuan, but I booked the theme pavilion thinking that the room would be better with a higher price. I came down twice in the evening. Maybe the restaurant was closed. The first time I came to inquire about the food, but I didn’t see anyone at the front desk or the restaurant bar. I only saw four people sitting on the sofa in the distance. I didn’t know if they were staff. The second time I came down to ask the front desk to borrow a charger, there was no charger, only paid power banks. The front desk on duty buried his head deep in playing with his phone, and I almost didn’t see him. Then there was the restaurant service. I asked the waiter about the restaurant's business hours and was told that it was open until 2 a.m., but the room menu showed that the deadline was 12 a.m. After scanning the code to place an order, there was no payment interface, nor any feedback that the order information had been received. I didn't know whether the order was successful, so I contacted the guest director, who also said that the restaurant was very slow. There were only four optional meals in total. Because I didn't eat at night, I ordered all of them. Fried noodles were 58 yuan per serving, and fruit platter was 68 yuan per serving. It was expensive, but there was none. Fried noodles couldn't be made, but such a big hotel didn't even have fruit? Speaking of this, I have to complain about the welcome fruit. The bananas were rotten inside, and the surface was not fresh. The oranges were soft. They were served to guests in a white plate wrapped in plastic wrap. To be honest, this kind of welcome is worse than no welcome. It directly lowered the grade of the hotel. Another 58 yuan beef noodle I ordered was very salty, and the egg fried rice was a bit dry. It felt like it was heated in a microwave. It wasn't until the next day when I had breakfast and saw the unlimited rice noodles and egg fried rice on the breakfast table that I seemed to understand something. There is also breakfast. Each flower roll has a different shape. Although it is said to prevent moisture loss, does it really look good to cover the bun with gauze? In addition, when the tea egg is peeled, there is a plain egg inside. Back to the evening, after the guest director urged, a person who did not report his department told me that the fruit plate and rice noodles were gone, and called me again to tell me that I had to wait a little longer. There were only two dishes, one beef noodle and one egg fried rice. After waiting for fifty minutes, the waiter finally came and told me that the meal had to be paid now and could not be settled together when checking out. The page could not be paid when placing an order. Now that it was served and I was about to eat, I had to pay again? There was no tray. It took several trips to deliver the meal to the room. After paying, I was told that there was no receipt until I reminded me where the receipt was. The tablecloth on the cart was also not given to me until I asked for it. As a result, I found that there was a hole in the tablecloth. Then there is the room service. There are circular marks on the bathtub, which should be the watermarks from the non-slip mat that were not cleaned up. There is dust in each of the four cups, and there are coffee stains in the glass that have not been cleaned up. The coffee is all instant coffee at 50 cents a bag. The toiletries are all in large bottles. The nail file is actually made of plastic and paper. Even if it is cheaper at one yuan each on Pinduoduo, as long as it is stainless steel, it will be better? You have to use plastic and paper. The paper towels are very thin and will break when they come into contact with water. The only paper towel with a logo is hidden in the cabinet for fear of being discovered by the guests. It is placed there without a box, which feels very unhygienic. There is a tray on the bathtub, but there is nothing on it. There is a soap box, but no soap. What is the point of putting this tray? Tell me, is there nothing in the soap bath bag? In addition, the water from the large shower in the bathroom is very uneven. It feels like it is leaking when it is placed. Under the sink, the bath towel and the floor mat are placed together, which feels a bit unhygienic. There was nothing in the mini bar refrigerator, no matter free or paid drinks, only four bottles of mineral water. There was no garbage bag in the trash can. I looked carefully and found that there was a piece of paper on the bottom layer, which could easily make people think that they forgot to put on the garbage bag. If it is for environmental protection, it is understandable, but there are also biodegradable garbage bags now, right? In addition, when I checked in, I asked the front desk for a bag, but I was given a Songpin paper bag. Although we are a family, we don’t have to be so close. I brought some swimsuits and clothes to change, and the strap of the bag was broken. Finally, I found a Shiboge handbag with unknown stains on the bottom layer of the cabinet. It felt very dirty and I didn’t dare to use it. There is no need to save money on printing handbags, right? The complaints stop here, but I still hope that the hotel will continue to work hard and return to its peak as soon as possible to become an elegant and dignified rich woman.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a good environment, and the children like it very much. The service is warm and thoughtful. Kiki helped me coordinate and arrange again, and quickly helped me change to the first suite at the elevator entrance. After packing up and preparing to go skiing at Sunac, I asked for a shuttle bus to the door because it was a bit far. The hotel brother was very enthusiastic to take me to the nearest entrance to the ski resort, and then told me how to walk more conveniently and closer. (When I first came, the hotel said that the shuttle bus was used for house viewing, because at that time a friend suggested that the shuttle bus could not only be used for house viewing, but also for some inconvenient passengers) This suggestion was adopted by the hotel! This is worth affirming! The quality is being improved! The takeaway and coffee ordered the next day, I contacted KiKi and helped me get them to the room. I dry-cleaned three pieces of clothes, and the hotel did not charge me extra. In the end, because the service was so good and the check-in experience was so good, I stayed for another three days~ I will still choose Shiboge when I come to ski in the future.
