Our first booked room left much to be desired, dirty windows and unkept lawn with many insects in the courtyard. I asked for a room change and management swiftly not only changed but also upgraded us to a two bedroom villa and were very apologetic. I really did enjoy my stay and would recommend this place to all families and couples.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

As a family of four with two kids we had a wonderful stay at Song Hotel in Dujiangyan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the ski hall and a mall. To Qingchengshan it is only a 15 minutes drive. The service was excellent and especially Dai Xiao made us feel home and helped us with everything we needed. The villa had a beautiful view on the mountains and the private hot tub in the backyard was very relaxing. The villa was equipped very well and we did not miss anything - also the two restaurants (Chinese & western food) were very delicious. We can definitely recommend it and we want to come back soon!

I am very satisfied with Songpin Hotel. The lobby decoration is very beautiful, especially with a Chinese feel. The villa is spacious and clean. Tibbers contacted us one day in advance to inquire about the arrival time and check-in requirements. He prepared the room for us in advance and responded quickly to all requests. He was very warm and thoughtful. It was a very good hotel experience.

The hotel is very nice, with a garden-style front yard and backyard. The housekeeper Dong Wei's service is very good and professional. All questions are answered and arranged in a timely manner. I give Dong Wei a thumbs up. The hot spring in the yard is also very comfortable. The children only want to stay in the hotel to play. I will come again next time

This hotel has a great location, convenient transportation, complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, and a very comfortable stay. My pants were torn by the stool while I was having breakfast, and the hotel staff immediately took care of it. The front desk staff also provided good service. The second stay was still great. First of all, the environment is very good, the best environment among the surrounding hotels. Qingcheng Songpin, the environment is absolutely amazing! An independent small courtyard meets all your needs, quiet and comfortable. Enjoy the private bath in the courtyard just after the drizzle, and enjoy it comfortably! The housekeeper Dong Wei is meticulous and thoughtful. She contacted me in advance to inquire about the needs, placed the pillow and the child's toothbrush in the room, and when the private bath water temperature is not enough, she can contact the background to heat it up as soon as possible. Here is a big thumbs up for "Dong Wei" 👍. The breakfast is rich. I walked to the breakfast in the morning (did not choose to take the shuttle bus) to feel the tranquility of the early morning. The breakfast is rich. After the meal, I can feed the black swan. The shuttle bus guy is very responsible for helping to carry the luggage, and the shuttle bus manager is also very enthusiastic. In short, it is worth the trip! The cost-effectiveness is very high and it is worth recommending! My husband and I took our children to Sunac Land. There are many hotels nearby, but we finally chose Songpin because it is quieter here, and the children can take a private bath, which is safer and more hygienic. There are many breakfast options, and you can go outside to feed the black swans after eating, which the children like very much. Overall, the hardware facilities and equipment are relatively complete, and the service of Hong Qiu, the catering salesperson, is also thoughtful and meticulous. I will choose Songpin next time.

On the morning of the first day of the trip, we took a shuttle bus with another family to the lobby for breakfast. A female staff member who looked like a manager, after confirming with the shuttle boy, led the other family directly to the restaurant. The three of us were confused and followed behind them to eat along the same route. Although it is not necessary to be received 😅, her behavior made us deeply feel a word - neglect [awkward] ~ However, the attitudes of other staff members, including the housekeeper and the shuttle boy, were still very online.

I had never thought that there would be such a high-end hotel in Dujiangyan before I came. Each room is a two-story villa with first-class hardware facilities. The breakfast is rich in variety, with many local characteristics. The dining environment is very good. Overall, the hardware facilities and environment are worthy of the price. The hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the Dujiangyan High-speed Railway Station and about 6 or 7 kilometers away from the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. The transportation is relatively convenient. If there is only one shortcoming, it is that the service awareness can be further strengthened. It is not that the service is not good. This service basically meets the requirements of a 5-star hotel, but for the top hotel hardware, there is still room for improvement in service.
