前台很熱情，小郭給我們主動打招呼，並免費升級了房間，管家服務很貼心，給我們主動拎行李上去，剛好遇到一點點雨濛濛，泡在温泉裏非常愜意舒適，讓人卸下一週的疲憊，下次我們還來。

酒店地理位置不錯，離青城山不到4公里開車距離。有自己的停車場，而且選擇餘地很大，可以停在住的房間跟前。酒店服務很不錯，到達前管家已經聯繫我，提供了景觀和美食訊息。酒店提供了温泉。住店客人免費。早餐偏中式，還算豐富。客房佈置得不錯，有種復古的感覺。離店時還給了伴手禮。相當不錯的酒店。

體驗感一般，實事求是説有點失望。
→「洞天閬苑」房型:
位置在餐廳樓上😅
小窗户視野差，我不喜歡視野差的房間。
房間緊湊型，床短，沒有浴缸廁所小，電視不可以投屏。
原價1000多，活動價600多，覺得不值得哈（可能我比較追求性價比吧，貴，但要值得。）
→服務:
接送服務——還行，司機儒雅有禮貌。除了我們兩個人去酒店和另外四個人拼的商務車，後座擠有點尷尬。😅
到酒店的時候，接待人員沒有打招呼，繞過我們接的別人，挺敷衍的。😅
微信和客服聯繫的時候，洗澡沒有涼拖鞋，微信上的客服説送過來拖鞋結果也沒有送。😅微信基本做到及時迴應的這一個基本要求，沒有不理我😁
但是，要離開的時候，服務態度好，免費從12點延長到2點退房，而且還按照我們的時間表送去高鐵站。👍但是提醒好評，當面説了兩遍，微信又提醒了一遍。😅
最後我聽到酒店前台打電話讓一個客户把拿走的拖鞋寄回酒店笑死
→温泉:
温泉有3個池子還可以👍。更衣室裏麪沒有淋浴。拖鞋是別人用過的。讓我們提前換好，沒有給用櫃子。
對了，漢服體驗、青城山苦丁茶伴手禮都沒有哈！都是寫上去好看的。

ps:推薦一下旁邊幾百米200元內的別有「洞天民宿」。
「都江堰玉壘山居」500元多有温泉有恆温泳池房間更大有浴缸落地窗露台山景更好，觀光車商務車都能坐。
