The hotel is extremely nice and good but the lady manager is very rude and talk unprofessionally and she have an attitude The laundry room is dirty and most of washing machines is broken and not working

Room was clean although you can tell someone has been really cooking in there and the couch was musty.

The remote control didn’t work, the pictures looked nothing like the room, I checked out after 2 days. They were shutting the water down from 9am-5 pm. I received a call 4-4 days after I checked out, because the person working the front desk didn’t officially check me out even though I handed him my room keys with the room number on the envelope. He was too busy on his phone. I’m still waiting for my reimbursement.

Check in was a hassle I was given wrong room, then told the room I reserved was not available then I had to argue with the employee and he finally gave me my room was not able to shower until 10 at night and the shower water was cold it was not hot they said someone was “working on it”

Property was very welcoming and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. However, I can’t bring myself to give a good review to a hotel that just turns their water off in the middle of the day for maintenance. Do things happen? Absolutely. However, I do not find it absurd to ask that the hotel I am staying at to maintain water while I am staying there. To leave a piece of paper on the door say “plan accordingly” in reference to having no water from 9am-5pm is asinine. No running water = no good review.

I was really pleasantly surprised by our visit here! The room was bigger and nicer than expected and, more importantly, very clean. The best part was Danielle! She was so incredibly sweet and helpful both when we checked in and when we had other questions. She was just fantastic. Keep up the great work everyone!

The staff is very professional and courteous. The laundry area needs mor cleaning. I have clots in my lungs that interfere with my breathing. The A/C/fan filters were layered with lent and area was not dusted leading to poor ventilation. There is not a door that separates the workout area from the laundry room, so the ventilation is poor in that area as well. Dust is a biological hazard and I did become ill from it.

Night clerk Danielle was great and very knowledgeable. The room was ok kind of outdated but overall the stay was ok.

It was decent. Staff was very nice, easy check in. $50 deposit! Room was nice for a smoking room. Clean but it’s not a Hilton! Elevator and hallways need to be cleaned better because it smelled weird but overall it was cool but I don’t think I’ll book here again! I just like things a little bit more clean! Definitely an older hotel!
