If I could score a zero I would. We arrived - access to the site is difficult due to the main road running right next to the hotel. We were given the wrong room (twin room when we booked a double), on the way up to the room we noticed the stair carpet was falling off the steps and in some cases it was missing! Once we were in the right room the noise from next door was excessive making it impossible to relax so before we had even got our bags from the car we left. It is also worth noting that this hotel is VEGAN/VEGETARIAN - we were not made aware of this anywhere before we booked. Avoid at all costs.

There were mice in the room and large i mean large spiders running around caught one in a glass to show the staff also bed sheets had stains all over it never slept a minute

If everywhere else is fully booked then it’s fine. Other than that, the bedsheets were threadbare and had stains on them but as we had just arrived from a long haul flight we were too tired to care. The bathroom was run down with mould and a broken bit on the bath/shower. Massive spider in the bath. Breakfast was okay .

OK for an overnight stay
Location - on a very busy road and was noisy from 5.30am
Service - staff were friendly and helpful, but there is no reception. Booking is done in the restaurant, but it doesn't open until 2pm (in our case it wasn't open when we arrived at 3pn, so we went away and came back later)
Accommodation - dated, but acceptable. Carpet in hallways was very tatty.
Eating - is situated above a pizza restaurant... but it's a vegan pizza restaurant, so offerings are limited. Breakfast was also vegan.
Wi-fi - in room, was fine. TV in the room didn't work.
Summary - 2 star at best. Ok for an overnight stay
