Ms. Wanna the new AGM is amazing!!! She is the sweetest, nicest, and most helpful person at the front desk. She always has a smile and a listening ear when you need it. I'm enjoying my stay so far. WoodSprings makes you feel welcome and at home!!

Hotel manager Wanna is supper helpful. She went above and beyond communicating with me throughout the process of checking in our crew. Looking forward to our lengthy stay. My guys really happy about the hotel. Great place for a long stay.

Great customer service, very clean hotel, everything works and good quality. I wanted to switch rooms to a smoking room after my 3rd week & Ms Wanda made it happen even with the inconvenience that occured, she still made it happen. Great worker for the company! 😊

The only issue I had, (2) actually, the firmness of the bed made it very difficult to obtain a good nights sleep. Also the faucet at the sink continued to flow pretty much all of the time.
The staff was great and the area was secure.

This is the best place to stay! My room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. The ladies up front are super sweet and kind. Wanna is the best there though! She really made my stay great! She will go out of her way to make you feel at home.

The rooms are very cozy .. the beds are comfortable as can be. The customer service was fantastic.. Veronica helped in everyway possible and made our stay easy and peaceful.. would recommend to all who want a safe, peaceful and comfortable stay in this area.

Veronica is so sweet. She took very good care of my family during our stay. She met our needs in every way possible. Veronica has amazing customer service and witnessed her multitasking skills first hand. She had a lobby full of guest and handled each one with kindness and attended to all needs with ease.
