I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 6 years. It has really gone down hill and I will not stay in the future. The internet did not work for the two days I was there, the a/c vent in room 422 has mold on the ceiling and the vent doesn't fit properly. There is no toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom and the sink would back up. The handgrips on the dumb-bells in the gym are tearing away. Lastly the a/c in the hallways was non-existent. I can't believe this property still has a Hilton flag.

We checked in to attend a birthday party my cousin was having at the hotel. The room was big and comfortable with lots of eating options nearby.

Take This Review As My Word!! Stay Away!! Room Upon Entering Smelled Like Piss!!! Some Of The Outlets Don’t Work!! Also Lightening Is Poor!!! The Bathroom Door Doesn’t Lock, And It Was Repainted Due To Someone Putting A Hole In It!!! Fire Alarm Is Hanging Off The Wall!!! The Bathroom Ceiling Paint Is Peeling Off!!! Also House Keeping Was Asked For A Cleaning Of The Beds N Fresh Towels N New BagsFor Garbage And We Were Ignored Upon Returning To Our Room This Evening!!

Your HH Status means nothing here. I arrived and had completed digital check in. Did not do digital key. Stopped at desk and was told they could not find me?? Then the young lady sees my name on a sheet of paper and proceeds to tell me that I have been moved to another property. I asked why with my Lifetime Diamond status would I be moved? Was told because I had not called them back?? They had sent an email and not actually called me! I called Diamond Desk, who opened up a case and offered 35K in points and call the hotel. I lost the call with the desk, but later the Manager from the property called me and apologized, however he did not offer any recourse outside of his apology.

TV and WiFi didn't work. Hot tub didn't work. Pool was bad. Not sure if I got my food credit because they're incapable of sending an accurate receipt. Bugs in the room! I do not recommend this hotel. I did my Hilton survey but I'm sure I won't get a response management let's this hotel operate like this. Too many problems!
