Spacious room with well equipped amenities. Warm welcomed by the host.

Clean and tidy. The manager, Barry, gave us an overview of the City. He recommended to us to visit the University and Brewery which were very good too. I hope to return on my next trip to Dunedin. In addition, the washing machine in the room was a plus for us to clean up our dirty clothes during our trip.

Barry and Donna has created a home away from home in Amross . Great attention to details with generous amenities like cookies , coffee Whitttaker chocolates and make up wipes ! Every Unit is spacious and immmaculately clean 😀 Our introduction to Dunedin was amazing because of the helpful advice and the warmt of Barry and Donna .. It is now our permanent place of residence whenever we visit Dunedin.. and

The motel is located in the center of Dunedin. It is easy to find by car. The old lady in charge of reception said that your English is easy to understand and the explanation is very detailed. We booked a three-person apartment room, which is very spacious. The facilities are complete and it is very convenient to make breakfast. There is also a special paid laundry room. The hotel is next to famous attractions, such as the railway station, the First Church, etc. It is adjacent to the University of Otago, and it is worth walking around the university (see picture).

Located in the north of downtown Dunedin, it takes about 20 minutes to get to Octagon Square and surrounding attractions, with convenient transportation. The room is comfortable and clean, with complete living facilities, which meets expectations. The only drawback is that there may not be enough hot water if you need to use the spa bath.

The location is great, located on Dunedin's main street, and you can walk to several great Chinese restaurants nearby. The day before yesterday, the old man was very enthusiastic and told us about the places to visit and restaurants to eat nearby.

It is close to the city center and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The accommodation environment is also very clean.

It's great. The hotel is very clean. The boss was very enthusiastic and prepared a map for me as soon as I checked in. If I had any questions about my poor English, they were very patient in helping me answer questions. There is a very exquisite booklet in the room with various attractions and activities in Dunedin. The jacuzzi is also very comfortable.

The hotel is generally good, with complete facilities and a good location. There is an additional charge for laundry. It was raining when we arrived and there was some mud on our shoes. We were actually very careful and carefully brushed the soles of the water pipes downstairs, but it felt like the boss was too worried about staining the floor, which made people feel uncomfortable. Of course it’s understandable!

I stayed in Dunedin for two nights at the Amroth Motel. The store owner is very helpful and will introduce you to local tourist spots. The hotel is also located on the main street, making travel more convenient~

I booked a total of 10 days of accommodation for this trip to New Zealand, 3 nights in a motel. This hotel is the best, with a good location, a little closer to the city center.
